Come to find that flex line from Regulator to Gas Water Heater was left Hand threads. Robert, Tech, was able to figure that out, and also clean out all the soote and get me back in service. I called and Robert was here in 30 minutes. No emergency fees. Thank You David Gray Company. Great price too.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter! They were very responsive, and came within an hour of calling them! Our pipes froze overnight, and began working as we were testing them. Even though they came all the way out and assessed the problem, they didn’t even charge us. Great customer service, and we will absolutely be using them for future plumbing issues!

They came out to give me a price for re-doing my shower. The guy looks the job over and says it will be $3000. We talked a bit and then, on his way out he says: I'll get a written quote to you for $3500. Price went up $500 in 5 minutes. Then to top it off, even after bugging him twice via text, I never received a written quote. Pitiful.

I emailed explaining exactly what I wanted installed which was a Hybrid water heater. They gave me a quote and we accepted. When they came and installed they told my wife it was $100 more because it was a Hybrid. They admitted it was overlooked on their part. Don't know how they did. It was not my mistake. Now they won't reimburse and ignore my emails. I will never do business with this company again!!

Very competent and prompt but EXPENSIVE - I haven’t had plumbing work done in quite a few years so may be out of date but my calculation for work excluding parts was (labor) $250 per hour ( labor charge included travel time to and from job).
