Best New Water Heater Installation in Jacksonville FL

I recently moved into a new home and had the appliances switched. I discovered that the fridge water line valve was leaking afterwards and the box looked cracked. Darley's phone rep was very friendly and scheduled someone within the week. John came out, identified that the box was not broken, just loose, and provided recommendations to resolve the issue. He was professional, personable, and thorough. I was very impressed with this company and plan to keep them as a contact when needed again.

Everyone was very pleasant from the office staff Sarah to the plumbers Eric and Nick. They replaced the drainage pipe under the house leading from the kitchen sink. I am so happy to have a kitchen sink again.

Kyle military came to a busted water main and did the repair for a roofing job I am overseeing. He was very professional and did a fantastic job with a level of quality and workmanship that impressed me! I would recommend especially kyle! Anyone would be lucky to have them as his plumber.

Did not seem to know the faucet construction. Tried to offer a replacement before even looking at it. The issue was a simple fix, the cartridge inside got loose. Told me it has to sit for a bit for whatever reason before putting it together. I waited 10 minutes To find them both sitting in the van smoking milking the clock. When I asked how much longer they rushed back in put it back together in a less than a minute and charged me extra 20$ for sitting in the van smoking stating it was over 1st 45 minutes which was not the case. I will never use their services again.

We had an inspection, a repipe, a water heater, and a run for an ice maker done. Staff from Terry himself to the helpers were total pros. We couldn't be more pleased, and would hire them again in an instant!

Duck Duck Rooter inspected and pumped out my septic system. I was expecting to pay a higher amount based on what had to be done and the technician promptly called his office to revise the cost; a huge relief. This company is professional and knows their stuff. There is no question that I will be using them for all of my septic needs.

They installed 2 new AC units and that all went fine and we were happy about it as it came with a 10 year warranty and free service for a year. 6 months later we called for our service and they said no longer do HVAC and stopped responding to us. Highly recommend you go with anyone other than them.

Premier Plumbing did a fantastic job repairing and replacing our old water heater, older pipes, faucets, and toilets. Great attitude with office person when I made the appointment. Then had Guy come out to replace a garbage disposal, advise on existing tankless water softener, replace a house filter, and flush a tankless water heater. Guy was patient and friendly, showing me what he was doing as he was doing it. Professional and knowledgeable, Guy showed up 5 minutes early to promised time. Price was competitive if not less than anticipated. They have my highest recommendation possible.

On Monday, August 22,2022,I was driving down Lenox Ave at approximately 140pm. A pick up truck crossed over two lanes into the lane I was driving in. To avoid being hit by this truck, I had to swerve into the next lane over. Crabtree needs to speak with their drivers about how they drive their company vehicle. Especially in the rain. Based on previous reviews, a driver of this vehicle has had issues in the past. This is not good for your brand.

We had a water heater go bad on a Saturday. We expected to pay a fortune for a weekend call but were treated very fairly. Super friendly and professional. Could not be more happy with this company.

We were moving and when we unhooked the washer found that the valves had gone bad. There was no way to turn off the gushing water except to turn off the water to the whole house. Jason got back to me right away and made the repair the same day even though he had to work into the evening to manage it. He left the jobsite clean and in excellent working order. I would definitely use Kingdom Based Plumbing again and heartily recommend.
