Our experience with Rolland Reash Plumbing was very pleasant. We replaced our kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. The associates that came out were Fadi and Denis and they were excellent. Me and my husband bought a home and was unaware that the home had a septic system. With me being a first time home buyer, I was scared and didn’t know what to do, but to find a company that can assist with my home needs. I called around and this company was responsive. I believe the receptionist name is Jenn and she had compassion in her voice for the nightmare I was going through. She was proactive finding a technician to service my home. They came out the same day. Me and my husband was happy that Duck Duck was able to service us in such a short notice. The other companies in the Jacksonville area that we called, we had to wait the next business day. I will use this company again for my home needs. I highly recommend this company?

I called David for an estimate on a cast iron drain replacement and he came out the next morning. The next day the work was done in 3 1/2 hours on the low side of his estimate. This guy is good.He was prompt, courteous, and he even swept up the floor afterwards. The interaction of the guys there was respectful and professional. It is obvious that David and his guys practice what they claim on their website. These are not just words to these men, they are a class example for the trade and one to be emulated. Need a plumber, call THEM.

I had a scheduled appointment with Christian Brothers for them to fix my master bedroom toilet. They were suppose to give me a courtesy call before they came to let me know they were in route. I personally told the dispatcher Hailey this and she told me that she will give the technician the message. On the day of my appointment they didn't call and left a door hanger on my door to reschedule. They charged me a no show fee. I was reschedule for another day they came out and they did nothing my toilet is still not functioning and operating. However they was quick to charge the fee and didn't even fix my issue SMH. Choose somebody else don't waste your time or money. On top of that the dispatcher was rude to the technician talking to him wreckless. Keep in mind Christian Brothers you are in business because people need their plumbing fix you all are not the only plumbing company out here. The name stands for nothing, nothing Christian about this company. Morals and Values all jacked up. I would give you 0 stars if I could. Asked to speak to management which was Chrissy. She didn't provide no assistance and no help.

David in the front office that took my call was awesome and professional and very pleasant and knowledgeable and Ray Wilson that came to my home to pump my septic tank was awesome he was very punctual arrived when he said did an outstanding job and was Great your company has a great asset with both associates and they should be recognized will definitely recommend your company and these men to everyone thank for a great job

Terrible service. Steve came out to my store to assess a problem I was having with the sink and toilet. He gave me the vaguest of answers before giving me his card and leaving my problem unresolved. I called the next day and asked for him. His secretary told me he'd call me back. Never heard from him.

My home warranty company recommended Floridian plumbing to fix a plumbing leak. I was able to make an appointment in the same day that I called them. They came out on time and my technician Corey was wonderful. He explained what the problem was, what he was doing, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend and use Floridian plumbing again.
