Danny and Scott were here and upgraded our panel box! These guys are awesome!! Considerate, efficient and so very helpful!! Even after a repair man that was called to move our hot water heater cut the water heater hose and sprayed water all over their equipment!! They were still professional!! I'm a contractor and I reached out to GNH to see if they could hook me up with a generator for a new house we're building for a client. The girl who booked my appointment (Jill) was friendly and helpful. The electrician (Doug) walked the job with me and my client. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only was he able to help us with size recommendations, but based on his knowledge of local codes, he suggested the best placement as well. My client was impressed and so was I. Also, the prices are very competitive and we intend to move forward with GNH.

I usually don't take the time for online reviews but the service I have received from Thompson Electric is outstanding. The technician was ONTIME as scheduled, respectful, very informative, fixed my problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Lin’s Electric went above and beyond for us!!! We sold our house and had already moved away...like, 1000 miles away! The buyers of our house did a walk-they and found that a whole section of our house was without power. We freaked out since the buyer wouldn’t close until the electric was fixed. I called Lin’s Electric and they were able to send an electrician over to the house the same day we heard the bad news from the buyer (which was also the same day we were supposed to close!). Lin’s Electric fixed the issue on the same day, and they took video evidence of the newly working rooms so we could send it to the buyers! They helped us close ON TIME and worked hard to get us the video before the closing deadline. I cannot thank Lin’s Electric enough for working so diligently to help fix this problem! THANK YOU LIN’S!!!

We just had them replace three light fixtures in our home. The pricing was excellent, the two gentlemen that came were very professional as well as super friendly. There was no mess left behind. I will call them again when the opportunity arises.

I used miller electric at my property to change few bulbs and a motion censor , I got huge invoice approx 700$ for material 1400$ labour few hrs of work...very expensive company in Jacksonville. I would never recommend this company to my frinds or relatives. I am not sure how they got reviews in google rateed 4.5. I can no longer believe google reviews any more.

The workers were very professional, organized and completed their work in a timely-manner. They also cleaned up any debris of wiring etc. that was needed. They also were very knowledgeable of their jobs.

My 14 year old system had a hic-up. HWV was recommended by a friend. I called them and they came immediately and got my system to 100% in a snap. What a great eperience.! Thank you HWV

James and his staff are very professional and quick. We use them for all of our Electrical needs at our office. I would recommend Pilot Electric for any electrical job big or small.

I didn't mind the actual service they provided. However, they were late in coming to my appointment. They literally didn't show up about the next day. Then, they went on ahead and made a decision that could have cost me extra money, without my consent. When I went to tell the supervisor about it, he told me that I kept complaining about nothing after they did a great job. He didn't take the time to listen, or was not even humble enough to give a crap about my complaint. Yes, I did complain. Not complaining about the service, but I am now complaining about this supervisor's attitude. He was disrespectful and on top of that he told me that any other electrical issues, I can got to another company. I will take your advice on that, sir.
I don't mind paying extra, but only if quality customer service comes with. He kept my bill at the original rate that he promised, but you can't shut me up from telling others about how terrible you treat your customers.

This company is wonderful! The crew is reliable and trustworthy. They helped us remodel our kitchen and master bathroom and did a beautiful, phenomenal job! We were so pleased with the outcome! I would recommend this company for any electrical need you may have no matter how big or how small.
