The two technicians that came to our home arrived on time, were very courteous and solved the problem quickly. Very professional and did a great job.My problem with the “new” David Gray is the switch to flat rate billing. This exact job in 2020 cost $138 (indeed the technician had this in his records) but now with their new billing method it cost $584. This is a ridiculous amount of money to snake a clean out. It took the crew less than 30 minutes.I asked the office for an estimate when I set up the visit. They would not quote me a price as it must be given by the team in the field. This is rather sneaky because if all the toilets are backing up in the house are you really going to send them away when they come?It was completely outrageous. I was totally floored but what could I do? In the future I will find a plumber that bills on a time and materials basis.

I am very pleased with the service I received with this company. Everyone from dispatch to the plumbers was very polite and helpful. I unfortunately had another issue at my rental property less than a week later and I experienced the same treatment. Alec Oliver was my plumber, great guy.

Installed washing machine vent and new pipe, fixed/repaired washing machine drain. The prior owner had some questionable plumbing work done, skipped the installation of a vent and used hoses instead of pipes in some areas. There was an 8 ft rubber hose from the washing machine drain to another line that should have been PVC pipe. The drain was also at an odd angle causing some smell/drainage issues.I dealt with four techs - the first two (Jacob and another nice man) visited to troubleshoot the problem because at first, I thought it was just a leak. As the issue was more involved, they could not fix immediately. They made sure I understood the problem completely, showed me photos from under the house and gave me a quote. There is a service fee to have them come look as with most plumbing companies. Booking a follow up appointment was easy. The work would have been completed the following day, but one of the techs had a medical emergency so my appointment had to be rescheduled. It was Labor Day weekend the job was not critical so I waited four more days for an appointment. Not a big deal for me - things happen. I do believe if it was a shower, toilet or flooding issue, they would have found a way to come out sooner.Jason and Connor came to do the repair and they were very nice, polite and respectful. The work was done well , they cleaned up after themselves and gave me a few pointers on some other not plumbing related work. I have full confidence in Harry Hayes and would certainly use them again for other jobs. They are not the most economical, but you can be sure they will do the job the right way and the service is great!

Had sewage backing up into the showers and toilets overflowing on New Years eve! Technician Jay Wade showed up within an hour. He had to unclog the sewer line both inside and outside. Jay is very professional. I intend to give all plumbing work going forward to Mr Rooter. Jay and Mr. Rooter saved the day. Thanks.

They came out to give me a price for re-doing my shower. The guy looks the job over and says it will be $3000. We talked a bit and then, on his way out he says: I'll get a written quote to you for $3500. Price went up $500 in 5 minutes. Then to top it off, even after bugging him twice via text, I never received a written quote. Pitiful.

Lionel was on time, polite and did a geat job solving my plumbing problem to my satisfaction. My only concern was the initial fee was way to high (company policy I'm sure). I negotiated a lower fee which helped some. I'm very pleased with the work and technician though!

I would be very concerned if I was the owner of this company one of their company vehicles almost ran me off the road today when I was trying to merge on the 295 I had my 1 year old in the back seat. The driver was either insanely distracted or under the influence and it's only a matter of time before he causes a major wreck. Im very disappointed and will never hire them for any services based off the quality of people they employ.

Hands down the best bang for your buck. After getting quotes from several companies for the install of two well pumps, two pressure tanks, aerator, water heater and 5 sink faucets. Top of the line was chosen and surpassed every expectation I had.Professional, knowledgeable and most important of all dependable.

If this is Christian Brothers Heating and Air, DBA Christian Brothers Construction Group, and you are considering them for air duct work. Don't.I am in the middle of renovating my house and have had dealt with many contractors - from foundation, to plumbing, to AC, to wood floor restoration, chimney work, landscapers, you name it - and this was by far my worst experience from start to finish.Hoping they will write me back to remedy the workmanship.

I don’t recommend this company to anyone... they rescheduled my appointment 2 times and no one answered me why .. the people behind the phone very rude and hardly says hi ? but anyway i was selling my home and i had to fix my septic before closing. It was almost lost my buyer at closing but some other guy from other company helped me day before close the house . I call this company ( metro rudder)

Do not use Floridian Plumbing. They sent two guys who did not wear face masks. They spent about 45 minutes trying to fix a toilet flap that kept sticking in the upright position. After they left, it was still sticking. They made a mess which they did not clean up. They left dirty foot prints all over my bathroom floor. I asked for a different plumber to come out the next day. He was able to fix it but after my first experience I would never call Floridian again.

Our Technician was Nigel and he was the best one of the best repairman I have used. I will use/recommend Fenwick in the future and will request/recommend Nigel in the future.

Excellent customer service, not only very professional employees but also excellent work.

These guys are great! They fixed my clogged sink and explained everything that needed to be done. They stand behind their work -- they even guaranteed their work. The following day, I called them for a clogged toilet. After they fixed it, they didn't charge me because they said it was covered under their guaranteed work from the previous day. They are courteous and professional. I'm going to call them for all of my plumbing needs.
