This business was very responsive and professional which is such a rare trait in plumbing these days. Shout out to David for replacing my water heater in my time of need! After reaching out to four other companies and getting one other callback from a guy who was overloaded with a backlog of cases and couldn't come out for a week and a half, I knew I was in trouble. These guys have literally cornered the market in this industry and nothing, absolutely nothing is an emergency with them. First come, first serve and I was low man on the totem pole.But there it was, cute looking little Duck. I was hesitant at first because they were the only company out there with all five star ratings. No way, that's impossible. So I called. Now, the first time I called, I got the answering service which promised a callback within 30 minutes. At 45 minutes, I called again and got straight through and spoke to a sweet young lady. And though some might frown on that, it in no way impacted my overall satisfaction worth their work.I explained my situation and asked how long would it take to get someone out. We can have someone out tomorrow morning. The breaker on my panel kept tripping and believing I could get away with a five dollar repair, I replaced the breaker. When it tripped after five minutes, I knew I was in trouble. This lady was knowledgeable enough to know it was my pump. She quoted a price and I thought, they could have somone out tomorrow????Sold!!!!!So, all set.... couldn't hardly wait. About two hours later, I get a call from Scott, he was on his way!! Same Day Service!!! And most others will put you in a holding pattern cause they can. Not Duck Duck.Scott came out and assessed the situation and knew it was the pump,. He brought everything with him and had us fixed, cleaned up and back in operation in just two hours.Scott is a people person and is very skilled at customer service because he genuinely cares. Went over every step of the process and showed me how everything works. Answered all my questions and really took care of me from start to finish.You guys got a customer for life!!

We highly recommend CCMP for your septic and drain field needs. We had our system replaced and can not be happier. Harold and Wyatt were professional and knowledgeable and timely. Called to get my toilet fixed. The person on the phone said I would get a free estimate and then the plumber would tell me how much it would cost to repair. The plumber showed up and looked at the toilet. He moved the chain down and changed the flapper that my boyfriend already had changed 4 days prior. He was here 20 min. When asked how much this would cost, he said I don't know and then said I would get billed from the office. I received an email with the bill and it said $145. We were not happy with this price since we had already done the same thing the plumber did days prior. Also, did not like how we were charged that amount for 20 min of service. The plumber also didn't fix our problem. The toilet still doesn't flush properly. We wouldn't have agreed to do this fix if the person on the phone would have said it would have cost $145 just for them to come out. My boyfriend spoke to the manager and he was very rude to him. We've used this company before and did not have any issues. I was surprised the way we were treated this last time. Not happy with their customer service or how they said I would know the cost before the plumber did anything.

By far the best customer service I have experienced since moving to Jax!!! So I was tasked with the honeydo list since I was off for the day. We had been calling around and it seemed we were getting rediculouse pricing on plumbing issues so I called Econo and asked when I could get someone out to check our water heater. The boss said right now. Within 30 min the plumber was at our house. Gave me the quote for the heater, not what I wanted to hear, but Mr. Travis was very detailed in his explanation. You could tell he and his company had a since of integrity and dont appear to be the type of business that would take advantage of people. On his way out, I asked could he check the toilets because every now and then I heard drips from two of our toilets and Rotorrooter quoted us 225+ per toilet. He was firm in saying the price per hour and that it wasn't a quote for that but the price was the price, nothing hidden. Because my husband had already purchased the material and because of Mr. Travis was honest and professionalism I decided to see when he could fix them. He said let me draft a ticket and call in to see if I can do it while I'm here. Well he did the work, did it fast, and explained what he was doing while he was doing it. Now the other reject companies need to take a lesson from Econo -Rooter and there needs to be more Mr. Travis's representing their company and doing quality work.. Thanks so much. Moving forward this company has our business as long has we get the same Tech/Plumber or the same Great work! Thanks again...
