Best Leaky Faucet in Jacksonville FL

I don't recommend a company that wastes my time. I asked them for an estimate on a retrofit shower installation and a clogged line. They wanted me to send the an email with photos so they could assess the costs. I sent the information ... twice and never heard back from them despite repeated emails. If you can't take the time to answer my questions I can only take the time to post negative feedback on social media.Use Turner Plumbing or Terry Vereen Plumbing. Much more responsive.

Eric Brantner did an excellent job unplugging my drain on the roof. He worked on finding septic tank opening. Recommended septic tank be emptied by Darrel Crews. I appreciate the quality work & high standards of Harry Hayes' employees.

Condescending customer service by both Holly and Kyle. Absolutely unacceptable. No quote for the job before coming to the house, apparently new plumber told us, incorrectly, the quote was $300, and drywall repair (after he cut a huge hole) was included in the price. We told him to go ahead and do the job. He finished early and charged $267, and before leaving, said a drywall specialist would come by later today and fix what he had to tear out - that he would coordinate that. No such person came, and when we called back, Kyle's snarky comments after telling us it would cost $150 an hour plus material for the drywall repair were well, what did you think? it would be just free?.... no, not free, included in the price like we were told..?just wow.. absolute robbery and unprofessionalism from start to finish.

Lettow Plumbing did an amazing job on a difficult installation. True craftsmen!!! I will never call anyone else. Very courteous and clean!!!! Thank you!!!!

I recently had Gavin and his Top of the Line Plumbing Team install a water heater in my home. Gavin was very responsive, provided a very reasonable quote, was able to work with my schedule, arrived on time, completed the work on time and left my home clean and neat. Gavin and his team were very professional – they will be the plumbing service my family and I turn to from now on whenever we have plumbing needs. Excellent Service & Very Highly Recommended

No show, promised to be here first thing, took the day off, no calls to say they would be late. Issue turned into an emergency, still no show.

Resonable prices.

We are working with Presto through our homebuilder for any warranty issues that arise. We have had the same tech out, Paul, for 2 seperate issues. He was very professional and resolved both issues. He took the time to tell me: what the issue was, what he needed to do, and then showed me what was done after it was completed.

John has been meeting my family and many friends plumbing needs since 2003 in Jacksonville, he has always been competitively priced, extremely reliable, always punctual and extremely professional. I had other plumbers out here for the same job that he just performed and they were talking about going into the walls blah blah blah- John came in, I told him what I needed done, he spent about an hour if that much and had my kids back in their shower without going into the walls- this is the fair and honest type of service that I have come to expect from John.

I contacted Steve's Plumbing after reading the reviews. Coming from New York I was very impressed. I'm from a family of plumbers, and I know how important customer service is. Steve took the time to explain in detail, multiple conversations, what needed to be done in order to connect my gas dryer. In the end, to save me money Steve recommended I return the gas dryer for an electric dryer. I am very appreciative of his honesty and patience and will definitely call his company again, most likely to replace my builder's grade fixtures. :)

07/13/2020 3 PM - 6:30 PM Now I am in an apartment so the money aspect is of no concern of mine. What should be a concern of the company is the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the older gentleman. Between cursing and yelling I would like to compliment Garrett on keeping his composure through the afternoon. He was nothing but respectful to my wife and daughter during the repair. I understand it was late and he wanted to go home it still doesn't excuse the behavior. I will be also sending a copy of this to the apartment complex. With myself being an electrician I know that this is not how I would want my employees and or coworkers representing my company in such a manner.

Really nice guys and work was done in a timely manner.

You know what I love about Econo Rooter? They never give up, are efficient and always respectful of my property. I have never been disappointed with their service.

Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.
