Justin was friendly and efficient. He got my hot water heater swapped out for a new one and helped clean up the standing water that had leaked from my old unit. He even helped me carry a ruined piece of furniture out to the curb for trash collection.

I had a water main burst during the cold front and Mr. Rooter was the only company who would answer the phone or give an estimated time to come fix the issue. Jerome was on the scene within 30 minutes and within the next 20 minutes, located the leak, dug up the pipe, and replaced the broken joint. I don't know much about plumbing pricing, but I thought the rate was reasonable, especially considering the prompt service. I would call Mr Rooter again.

We called Turner Plumbing after hours for small pipe leak. They called us back within 10 minutes and the technician arrived to our home within the hour. His name is Luli and we will request him again. He was very professional, friendly, and expert in his craft. We were expecting a high price for emergency services and it was very reasonable. My Dad called this plummer for a clogged toilet. They sent 2 people out, one of the workers stayed in the van the entire time apologizing to someone on the phone and my Dad had to help unclog his own toilet only to have the same thing happen the very next day. When he called to have them return they sent one guy for a 2 man job and re billed him for another visit when the work wasn't done properly the first time. Very bad service. Do not recommend.

They came the same day we called. Troy and Jeremy are good guys. They made sure our tank was cleaned out properly, not like the last company that came out. They explained everything to us and stayed to make sure the system was working properly. Give them a raise Duck Duck!

Gavin did a great job installing a tankless water heat, water softener and R/O system. Install was very clean and competitively priced. He also came out for another small plumbing job to replace my outdoor hose bibs. Very pleased with response on both small job and big jobs. Highly recommend!
