would not recommend them, trying to follow up with repairs not completed and the office employees are extremely RUDE! Never returns calls. Technicians unprofessional!

Arrived later than scheduled. Friendly employee but didn't have tool needed for job. Valve to be replaced wasn't completed and obviously wasn't neccessary work needed to be done. Charged $169 for strap down of pipes but nothing more accomplished or obviously needed. Price was extravagant for work performed.

I've only had one experience with this company, but that one was awesome! The customer service when I called was great. The lady I spoke with was warm and wanted to help me. They were able to come out same day and the plumber was professional and efficient. I will definitely be using Touchton again!

I have used Lettow Plumbing twice in the last year for shower/tub valve replacement. I really hate sweating pipe, it’s worth paying someone! Both jobs, the crew was timely, professional and did the job in a timely manner. I recommend Lettow Plumbing regularly, and will continue to do so.

Technician Jonny came out to our home on a Sunday afternoon to fix clogged toilets as he was told was issue. I gave him a little background in regards to all the plumbing issues that led up to this day which in short was the home had almost completely flooded and septic tank had been drained approximately 3 weeks prior. No one actually found source of leak in home but same company came to inspect leak and pump tank. I would say Jonny definitely went above and beyond what he was called out to home to look at and fix. After snaking the toilet with no success he didn’t just stop there. He took a look at breaker box and then decided to check the box outside home that gives electricity to the septic pump. He quickly realized that there was no power to that box therefore the septic pump couldn’t be running and thus this could be reason as to why there was a back up in home. I believe after almost nearly 3 weeks he found the reason behind all of the plumbing issues we have been experiencing. Awaiting an electrician to fix box in back and go from there. He was on time if not early for appointment, he was informative, friendly and efficient. Thanks to him actually “caring” and going the extra mile…. I do believe he has found the answer to this nightmare we have been living. I give him 5 stars!

Great company. Called due to having a ac issue. Wouldn't turn on.tech came out to the house very quickly. Found a bad capacitor in my unit. Tech replaced the capacitor in fifteen minutes. Fixing the issue.Tech also put gauge e my unit and found I was a little bit low of freon. So he added some, said it was only a couple ounces. Tech explained that the unit was probably low since it was installed years ago by a different company. tech explained the farther from my AC go furnace means you might need to add freon because the factory charge isn't big enough.Tech was very knowledgeable, and explained things so a homeowner could understand.Tech even took a look at my furnace since he was already here on a service call. Tech recommend I change my filter. And gave me some advice on how to clean the little water pump with a splash of bleach. I didn't even know that there was a water pump attached to the furnace.Tech explained it was for water created by air-conditioning.Wish I remembered techs name, but was super informative and went the extra mile when he diagnosed and fixed original issue in minutes. The spent half a hour explaining the situation and gave me some advice to maintain everything.Great company

Repaired the hot water faucet in my shower and installed a new shower head. Was in a uniform and wore a mask the whole time. I offered to let him take the mask off as he was working in the shower which is a small area and he said it was company policy to wear one at all times. I love they are locally owned and operated.

We had a leak behind the wall in our master bath shower that was causing some damage to the drywall outside the shower door. Getting companies to give us an estimate was a struggle but we finally did get three firms to come and look at what we had and give us a proposal. We liked Van immediately. He was professional, friendly, and obviously knew what he was talking about. His proposal met all of our needs and was what we considered reasonably priced. There was a three week wait time between accepting the proposal and start of work which we thought was reasonable. The day his workers were scheduled to begin the tear-out they called to say they were on their way. When they arrived, they first looked at the location of our bathroom and then placed runners from the front door, all the way to the shower. They began work and worked steadily through the day with only a short break for lunch. They completed the initial tear out the same day, Friday, and allowed the bare studs to dry over the weekend. This also allowed me to spray the black mold thoroughly with a mold and mildew killer. They completely cleaned up their mess at the end of the day and left our bathroom in a useable condition while we waited for the next phase of the job. This job required removal of the old pan, installation of a new one, and inspection by the County. ACP&T pulled the required permit and scheduled the inspector. They blocked the drain hole and filled the new pan with water to show the inspector that it did not leak. Inspection was completed a few days later and the tile crew arrived with the now expected courtesy call beforehand. The tile crew worked with the same ethic and neatness, arriving after a courtesy call and working steadily through the day with only a short lunch break. Again they used runners to cover our carpet from the front door to the shower. The work took several days and they cleaned up their work area each day.The tile work is first rate and the completed job is beautiful. We are very pleased with Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
