Great plumbers. Knowledgeable and professional. Once they realized they could not help (septic needed pumping), they gave me the info I needed and only charged me the trip charge (very reasonable).

I have used Turner Plumbing for all plumbing needs at my residence and approximately thirty apartments for in excess of 15 years. Their work is good and it is backed up if there is a question or the rare problem. They are very prompt, keep me informed of when they are coming and what was done when they leave. In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did. The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away. They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

Shady business, I would not recommend. STAY AWAY!

Do you have such a fast response time because you almost cause multiple accidents getting to your destinations? When you drive company vehicles you are representing your business. You should remember this when your on the highway. Your going to get someone killed vehicle #197.

From the initial phone call to the actual service call, everything was great.
Saw explained everything after his analysis of the problem, including the pricing. Then he went to work. Very efficient. Would definitely recommend.

THE 5 STARS ARE FOR A-1 PLUMBING TECHNICIAN, DAVIAN ONLY!!I am writing this review because I want to warn propective customers that this company is not transparent with their pricing and do not disclose their basic prices to customers.As a result, I was caught off guard by a $254.00 charge, after the technician arrived at my home.I purchased a new stove and called TECO People's Gas, the provider of gas to my home. People's Gas recommended A-1 Plumbing. I called A-1 and was advised of a nonrefundable $79 dispatch fee. I asked the representative what would be the average charge for basic gas stove hookup. I was told their company policy prohibited this information from being related yo customers. I should have called another company. However, I decided on A-1 Plumbing assuming it should not cost more than $50-$75 for the hookup. The A-1 technician came out, took a picture of the connection, called the company, and was told to charge would be $175.00 for the hookup. Dispath fee $75 plus Hook up fee $175 = $254.00. There was no additional equipment or parts required. I called A-1 thinking the charge was an error. Spoke with Robbie, who said he was a manager. Robbie stated the $175 charge was the standard charge. I asked why wasn't I told the charge when I asked for it during my initial call. He reiterated the company's policy of not disclosing their pricing to customers.I told Robbie I thought the Company charge was exorbitant, their pricing misleading and I would give the company a less than positive review. Shortly, after, I received a call from Amber, stating the $79 dispatch fee would be waived. One positive for the company is Davian, the tecnician. Davian called before his arrival, arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and technically proficient. He tested for leaks around gas connection, insured the stove was balanced, and both stove burners and oven were correctly lighted and worked properly.Finally, although I appreciated the dispatch fee waiver, the fact remains that A-1 Plumbing's charged of $175 for a basic gas stove hookup was exhorbitant and bord er s on price gauging, they are not transparent with their pricing, and do not disclose to the customer their basic gas stove installation pricing. Beware of this company.!!! I will not use them ever again.

Can't say enough about the overall experience from leak to replacement. Called them noon and repaired next day by 9:45 am. I wasted a day getting estimates 2-5 times their price. Experienced professional installer, explained the whole process answering all questions with great consideration. Ret. Navy with lots of questions.They have my business in the future. Awesome service! I contacted APC and they quickly got me on the schedule for a time that was convenient for me and the representative that they sent was amazing. Guy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and funny. Prices were very reasonable and I will definitely call on Guy and APC again for any future plumbing needs! I have known Bill and his wife for many years. They are great people and his company is a direct comparison. Aldridge and Sons Plumbing has done work on a older home we have off San Jose and have been excellent. They let you know up front what the cost will be and then provide excellent work and service. If you have any issues with anything, Bill will often address it himself and the issues are taken care of right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

I am trying to reach this company for my plumbing issue because my builder recommended it. But third time I am calling and no one cares to pick up the call. I have lest 2 voice mail and still no response. What's the point of being in business when no one cares to pick up the phone.

I was recommended this company by my contractor when doing a bathroom remodel. They hit a water line when working and then failed to turn the water back on a correct level so that we had right water pressure. Then after coming back, I realized my irrigation did not work anymore. I understand things come up, but the price I was quoted was very steep and we felt trapped in using them since contractor said work needed to be done that day and this was the company that could make it work.

Think we have finally found a plumber we can stick with! Great service, wonderful on time experience. Absolutely nothing but good from the service, price, care taken with all they did. Thank you Gerald for a wonderful experience.
