Update to your reply 6/26/21:You should not be passing the message on so your managers know and never do anything as this seems to be a common complaint with your company, you should be reaching out to me to correct the situation and thus get this on star review upgraded. Based on your one star reviews though, I highly doubt you guys fix these situations. Your mark up was 100 percent almost and labor 400 an hour after you flat rate break down, just robbery. Correct the issue.Initial Review:Why the one star rating...well after 4 seconds of looking at my water heater it was you got to replace it. Sure it's 14 years old I can see that.What's not amazing is Marking up the same water heater I could have bought at Home Depot for $500 just like they did with a discount as they are a contractor to 930 dollars. Complete rip off considering their flat rate fee not hourly fee was almost $800 labor for 2 hours maybe of actual work. So if they charged hourly their rates would be about $400 dollars an hour. Highly recommend you find a more transparent company. I would not tell anyone to use this company. Oh but they did give me $75 off for a coupon I showed them. Water heater replacement ran 1625 after coupon.I would also like to state I know how to do construction just don't have the time anymore with a infant and toddler. So this was just plain robbery nothing less.

Chris, the technician, demonstrated more professionalism and determination to identify the problem with our sewer system, than any technician I have ever had experience with. Mr. Rooter are very, very fortunate to have him work for them.

Purchased a Jacuzzi bath tub years ago, and they did the installation along with other items when we did an addition on one of our homes. The whirlpool jets stopped working a couple years ago. I called in to ask if they did that sort of repair, or knew who does. They said they don't and to go search the internet to find someone and couldn't provide any further information. I was hoping since we bought if from them, they installed it, and carried the brand, they may have a recommendation. They provided no help. We won't be using them on our next remodel we are about to begin.

They came out to give me a price for re-doing my shower. The guy looks the job over and says it will be $3000. We talked a bit and then, on his way out he says: I'll get a written quote to you for $3500. Price went up $500 in 5 minutes. Then to top it off, even after bugging him twice via text, I never received a written quote. Pitiful.

I was told by another company that I need all my pipes replaced. Called Lettow or a quote. John came out to check my pipes and water pressure. Turns out everything was replaced before I brought the house. He could have taken advantage of me put didn't. I will be using Lettow for all my plumbing needs.

They were very professional and were able to come out the same day I called within about 2 hours. They got the job done very quickly. I highly recommend using them!

So glad I called DWV Plumbing. They had a quick turnaround with calling me back . They come out on time to replace my plumbing under my sink and replace old hardware with new hardware in my bathroom . They were polite and courteous and their was no sales pressure .They did a great job and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company !

THE 5 STARS ARE FOR A-1 PLUMBING TECHNICIAN, DAVIAN ONLY!!I am writing this review because I want to warn propective customers that this company is not transparent with their pricing and do not disclose their basic prices to customers.As a result, I was caught off guard by a $254.00 charge, after the technician arrived at my home.I purchased a new stove and called TECO People's Gas, the provider of gas to my home. People's Gas recommended A-1 Plumbing. I called A-1 and was advised of a nonrefundable $79 dispatch fee. I asked the representative what would be the average charge for basic gas stove hookup. I was told their company policy prohibited this information from being related yo customers. I should have called another company. However, I decided on A-1 Plumbing assuming it should not cost more than $50-$75 for the hookup. The A-1 technician came out, took a picture of the connection, called the company, and was told to charge would be $175.00 for the hookup. Dispath fee $75 plus Hook up fee $175 = $254.00. There was no additional equipment or parts required. I called A-1 thinking the charge was an error. Spoke with Robbie, who said he was a manager. Robbie stated the $175 charge was the standard charge. I asked why wasn't I told the charge when I asked for it during my initial call. He reiterated the company's policy of not disclosing their pricing to customers.I told Robbie I thought the Company charge was exorbitant, their pricing misleading and I would give the company a less than positive review. Shortly, after, I received a call from Amber, stating the $79 dispatch fee would be waived. One positive for the company is Davian, the tecnician. Davian called before his arrival, arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and technically proficient. He tested for leaks around gas connection, insured the stove was balanced, and both stove burners and oven were correctly lighted and worked properly.Finally, although I appreciated the dispatch fee waiver, the fact remains that A-1 Plumbing's charged of $175 for a basic gas stove hookup was exhorbitant and bord er s on price gauging, they are not transparent with their pricing, and do not disclose to the customer their basic gas stove installation pricing. Beware of this company.!!! I will not use them ever again.

Hands down the best bang for your buck. After getting quotes from several companies for the install of two well pumps, two pressure tanks, aerator, water heater and 5 sink faucets. Top of the line was chosen and surpassed every expectation I had.Professional, knowledgeable and most important of all dependable.

Left a message for emergency service they said it would be time and a half for the service. I agreed to pay that charge. They finally called back saying there was no way they would be able to get here today. All they did was hold me up from finding somebody that could come fix my problem. I would never recommend or use the service.

I have used Eagerton Plumbing all the way back to when Ms Eagerton ran the business. They have done almost any kind of plumbing work for me. They were professional and did a good job at a fair price. Unfortunately that has changed. Apparently due to Covid many of the workers were let go and now as business has started to increase they are bring on different people with varying skill levels. The final straw for me was being charged a driving time fee. Things have changed. I will find another company so I will not have to watch over the work being done to insure quality work and also so I won't pay for travel time between jobs.
