Had a important meeting in the am and walked into my office to find that my sewage was clogged. Called them and Mrs. Pam moved some things around and got me taken care of right away. Alan and Brad arrived shortly after and fixed the problem. They also cleaned and disinfected after they were done. This is the best experience with a plumbing company I've ever had. Thank You

We called Roto Rooter for a plumbing issue we were having and they had someone respond fairly quickly. Mike was sent to our house who was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the issues we were having. He fully explained the service along with other options we had and discussed the different up front cost. The job was completed in a very timely manner and upon completion he explained in detail on the issues we had and how he fixed it. We will definitely use Roto Rooter again and highly recommend Mike for his friendly, and professional service!! A+++++

Very professional and superb work!

I had a fairly small job ... leaking valve in the master shower and an improperly installed handle from a different company. Called RRP John came out quickly and did a great job at a fair price ... I was so happy with their work that I asked them to replace my hot water heater. They scheduled the work within 4 hours, this time Mike took care of it and again the price and quality exceeded my expectations. Use these guys, they are great at their craft.

Jason, an employee of Touchston Plumbing, veered into my lane on the Buckman Bridge on December 9th, around 3:36 pm and caused damage to my driver's side mirror. Jason, the other employee in the truck, and a bystander stopped after exiting the bridge and we all exchanged numbers as Jason did not want his job involved, understandably. He explained he would handle any charges acquired due to the accident and we went on our day. Last week, I texted Jason with screenshots of the invoice and informed him that I handled the costs upfront and would appreciate any reimbursement in the matter on January 19th. He did not response. I texted again, indicating that any response would be respectful on January 21st. No response. Therefore, I am now involving the company due to their employee's negligence. Even if I never receive any compensation, I was given insight into the type of individuals this company hires: wreckless, disrespectful, and unremorseful. That's what I get for cutting someone a break.

I've used Lettow a few times over the years and always had a GREAT experience! They are great people, reasonably priced and do great work! Thank you all

Never heard of this, could not rate this probably a reliable company, plumber's have a hard job, most hard working people are honest, I would give them a call if I needed a plumber, I would use small company's better service and better price,

I had an issue with water heater installed by the previous owner. After failed attempts by 3 different plumbers the team from this company was able to fix it. They knew what they are doing and even though it was a very unusual issue they ware able to fix it.

Man I was in a bind and called premier plumbing. I was lucky enough to talk to one of the owners, Beau. It was Friday at 1:30 pm and my gas water heater was leaking. Beau had 2 teams out, one to remove the old water heater and cap the gas line, and the other to install a new one. All that was complete by end of day on a FRIDAY! Cold showers all weekend doesn’t fly well at our household. Beau even made a call on my behalf to an electrician to have them install a new plug on a Saturday. No other company would get all that done on Friday afternoon. The install team of Jesse and Doug were prompt, professional and walked me through how to use/troubleshoot the new heater. On a Saturday, I had a leak from an old water softener line in my garage. The plumber, Sam, was fantastic. Very nice and easy to work with. I even learned a few things. Price was fair and reasonable. In and out in an hour.
