Jim Smith is the best plumber in Jacksonville and Turner Plumbing. He just installed a hot water heater and everything was thorough and the hardwood floors were protected and clean during the installation and when he left.

If there was 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars! They came to my Mom's rescue. Mark was friendly, professional and very courteous. Miranda in the office was so accommodating and helpful. Woke up this past Monday morning with a leak under my foundation. Spoke to Johnnie and she got me scheduled that same morning! Wesley and Joe came out and quickly identified the problem. They expertly minimized the amount of tile that had to be broken to access where the leak was and quickly repaired the pipe. They filled in and cemented the holes and left the areas perfectly clean. Lettow plumbing is absolutely fantastic. They did a complete overhaul of the drainage in our home and I could not be more thankful for their hard work and absolute professionalism end to end.After 5 different plumbing companies (one of which damaged my kitchen flooring) Chris and his team were the only ones who were able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. The plumbing in our entire home is now repaired and working again after almost two years of chasing issues.What I like best about their team is they are the only plumbing company I have interacted with that gave me a positive impression from the start. They had nice new trucks, the team was uniformed and they were all nice, polite, and highly skilled. Hi! I called Roto Rooter Sunday morning and they arrived the same day. I had tried to snake the drain but couldn’t unstuck it might self. Glad I called them as they needed an industrial snake to remove construction debris from deep down in the drain. Shame on the construction company but shower can now drain thanks to Dexter and Roto Rooter.

DWV Plumbing is awesome! I noticed my shower leaking last night. Rushed to find a plumber. Called them this morning and they thankfully were able to come out in just a couple of hours. They were fast and professional! Luckily it was just the shower arm. They had the part with them and replaced it quickly. Will use them again for any plumbing needs! Thank you very much friend your help!!

Don't even call this company. only thing they care is your money. They charge for running their snake machine 1time over $500. it's ridiculous I have been dealing with other plumbers several time before average price were below $300. They don't give price on the phone. never call them.

On Monday, August 22,2022,I was driving down Lenox Ave at approximately 140pm. A pick up truck crossed over two lanes into the lane I was driving in. To avoid being hit by this truck, I had to swerve into the next lane over. Crabtree needs to speak with their drivers about how they drive their company vehicle. Especially in the rain. Based on previous reviews, a driver of this vehicle has had issues in the past. This is not good for your brand.

Theses guys screwed up the ruff in and can't get them back out to fix it. If you want a good plumber call Turner Plumbing.

I have a been trying to get my tub fixed for 3 WEEKS NOW AND NO ONE HAS FIXED IT! The plumber came out and told me I needed a piece and guess what 2 DAY LATER...NOTHING! I've 200k on new home with a leak and I closed on this home on 11/30/18. What is going on with this establishment?
