I called Darley’s for a clogged shower drain. Pam scheduled the appointment, and she was very nice and professional. Eric & Joey had my drain unclogged in minutes for less than half the price of the other companies I called. I’d definitely use them again!

Exemplary service from the first point of contact through the completion of the job. The answering service was efficient and polite. The plumber, Jonny Baer, was punctual, professional and explained both what the job entailed and the cost. He jetted out our parking lot drains quickly and efficiently. I’ve added Roto-Rooter and will request Jonny to the top of our list of who to call for future plumbing needs.

They charge $124 for initial hour labor even didn't fix anything. Just took a look and said needed to order the parts. The problem is no one discussed with me about initial hour or service charge when I made appointment.

In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did. The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away. They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

From the nice lady who answers the phone and schedules the appointments to the promptness of the technicians; I have to say, this is the best plumbing company hands-down. They always are there to help us in our time of need. We so appreciate it very much!

Pipe burst early in the morning and water was everywhere. Lettow plumbing had someone out first thing. Plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. There’s a reason they’re 5 stars. Don’t second your decision, trust Lettow!

Had a water supply line to my toilet burst at 11pm. My technician was there very quickly and took immediate action to stop the flooding inside the house. Very helpful and very knowledgeable and helped me prevent the rest of my house from flooding. I would highly reccomend this company and especially their technician Deonte.

Don't even call this company. only thing they care is your money. They charge for running their snake machine 1time over $500. it's ridiculous I have been dealing with other plumbers several time before average price were below $300. They don't give price on the phone. never call them.

The guys did a great job and took care of my plumbing needs. they cleaned up after the job was completed and the price was reasonable. I will recommend to anyone.

I hired Top of the Line Plumbing to install a Rinnai RU 199 IP tankless water heater. They did an excellent job and they are now the plumbers I will use going forward for all my plumbing needs. Gavin Thomas and his team were professional, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The technician called 30 minutes before arriving to tell when he would be there and the installation was done within the time frame committed. I am very pleased the way the project turned out and would highly recommend Top of the Line Plumbing to anyone looking to hire an excellent plumbing team!

Jake was amazing. Did everything at a really fair cost and tried to save me money every way possible! Found the issue in 10 minutes flat and resolved everything in under 4 hours for a massive leak.Incredibly patient and answered all my questions as well as being very knowledgeable. 10/10!

***BEWARE*** NEVER USE****. He clearly said we charge $92 per hour. He worked a total of 12 mins ON THE DOT and charged me $300.For what?! Oh its time and a half for coming at 5:15 pm. Its $90 trip charge and it takes 30 minutes to write up an invoice. And we charge for using our equipment and speaking english and some other BS!So you are gonna charge me for writing an invoice!?Yes. he said.And he goes im actually giving you a discount for only charging you $300NEVER USE THEM!!! Beware!!!

The day after Thanksgiving we discovered our outdoor irrigation system sprang a leak and was gushing water. We called Crabtree and left a message; they called us back within 30 minutes and there guy was here less than an hour later. He explained the problem and quickly got it repaired. Will definitely use Crabtree from now on! Greatly appreciated their quick response, honesty, and professionalism.

Elderly mother called yesterday to receive a quote and was told by Tommy that he would be out to us in the afternoon. No one came or called to reschedule. He called this morning and said that he didn't know that he was supposed to come out the day prior. He stated that he would be by soon. When he arrived he was arrogant and rude. My mother did not want to deal with his disrespectful attitude so he was asked to leave.

The folks there are considerate, they take their time, they wore masks in the home, took their shoes off.... Honestly, would highly recommend. Awaiting a follow up service, so I might adjust my thoughts.
