Best Installation Repair in Jacksonville FL

Our technicians name was frank. He was very friendly and cordial and extremely informative. I am a do-it-yourselfer but I could not figure out where the clog was for our kitchen sink line. Frank tried to go through the sink with no luck which is what I was running into. He finally attacked it by coming up from the drain out to the septic field. Also he did not mind that I was watching and asking questions so I could learn what I could do in the future and what I can do to prevent this going forward.

Highly recommend Darley's. Christy at Darleys went to bat for us! Water heater ordered online was delivered with big dent/damaged but not discovered until opened box. Online company not help. Christy worked magic calling manufacturer to get us a new one! Darley's plumbers showed up with replacement water heater and did great job installing and also replacing old PEX non-code hot and cold lines. Also put in new bathroom faucet in same trip. This was like 3rd job with Darley's and will only use Darley's. We like them better than prior plumber outfit as better quality work and so helpful.

The service was great from start to finish. I called after 5 pm but a tech was still able to come later that night. Dexter was friendly, professional and courteous throughout the process. He got my drain cleared and triple checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Allen came out to do an estimate and listened well to the drainage problem we had been having for 2 years with no resolution. He and Steve came out to do the cleaning and were very methodical, professional, and thorough to ensure our problems were addressed. After 2 years of problems, our drainage issues are SOLVED!!! Connor and Jaylon (sp?) came to our home to replace the kitchen sink faucet. They did an awesome job and even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing some missing caulk around the sink. Called at 9 am to schedule an appt. Recieved an appt time between 11 am and 1 pm which was reasonable. Time frame came and went and no call and no show! I called and was told he was running late feom tje office staff. At 6:03 pm still no call and no show! Worst customer service ever! Will not recommend nor call again.

Joe came out at 8:30pm and fixed our plumbing issue! He was very nice on the phone and sent me a text when he was on his way. Great service and customer service is a win win!!

Chris installed an aquasana whole house filtration system for me. He was quick to give me a quote and installed the entire system in a few hours. It’s obvious that he is very experienced and takes pride in his work. The system works perfectly and made a big change in our water quality.

Fenwick recently installed a brand new AC system in our home. They provided excellent, on-time service, with a crew that worked fast to complete the entire install in less than 1 work day. Christian, Dustin, Thomas, and Dylan were all very professional, knowledgable, and excellent to work with. They provided routine updates during the installation process and made sure to show us every part of the new system (and answer any questions) before they left for the day. Not to mention Fenwick also provided an excellent special deal (Fall 2022) with no money down, no payments, no interest on new systems for 18 months. Thankful for their help! The house already feels much cooler!

I have used Lettow Plumbing twice in the last year for shower/tub valve replacement. I really hate sweating pipe, it’s worth paying someone! Both jobs, the crew was timely, professional and did the job in a timely manner. I recommend Lettow Plumbing regularly, and will continue to do so.

A fair, honest, responsive plumber; who’d thought?! Drew Hartmann and gang always answers when I call, show up when they say they will, do the work properly and for a fair price to boot. I’ve had some odd projects (85 year old house) and have used multiple plumbers but won’t use anyone but Drew again. Great people!

Called at 5:30 am on a Friday morning to leave a message and the returned my call by 7 am and were out to fix the leak by 8:30 am. Everyone I talked to was very polite, explained exactly what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. Finished in under an hour. Prices were reasonable for the timing of the repair and the location of the leak. They even told me things they'd noticed I would need to look out for that weren't a problem at the moment but so I'd be aware if they did become a problem in the future. I'd definitely recommend them.
