Had my three bath house re piped. The guys were punctual and worked hard. As a retired pipefitter I was watching them like a hawk. No need to. The pipe is installed properly and looks good. I highly recommend this company.

Had a small problem with our ac unit they came out the same day I called the tech was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to correct the problem. Nice to know you can depend on A-1 to fix whatever needs to be done.

Just had some work done on our water heater. I have to give a huge shout out to Bruce!! I so appreciate honesty, good customer service, and excellent work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Eagerton Plumbing Co. Inc. and ask for Bruce--especially if you are looking for a professional gentleman who does quality work.

I had 2 different technicians come out 24 hours apart and the problem still exist paid them over 400$ and still had to call another person who unstopped the toilet from backing up. I’m upset bc I paid for a service and didn’t get what I paid for. The office was only concerned with the issues found that’s causing the problem, but they could have at least come back out and clear the toilet, and let me know that this is all they can do, sometimes that 3rd time is a charm, as I write this, the toilet is flushing after I found a “person “ who doesn’t work for a “company” to fix it. We Seniors always get our money taken and poor service.

The young man that came to our home was Patrick Evans, he was very kind and very professional. I would recommend this young man and Presto Plumbing for sure.

Everything about this business was a wonderful experience. I had a pleasure working with Vann to get everything we wanted done, and let me tell you, the result is amazing. Their work is nothing shy of what you would expect from a family owned business that wants to please it's customers. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a call if you would like to do some bathroom remodeling.

Has a charge for an estimate. That should have been my 1st warning but I went ahead with the estimate. They later called and said they couldn't help me as the utility company here in Clay doesn't allow drip irrigation on recycled water. I identified myself as an Orange Park resident when I called and stated that I was looking into drip irrigation for the hedges/ground cover. I should have been told THEN that you couldn't do/didn't want the work not after I've paid for an estimate.I called Clay County Utility Authority, spoke with a manager and found that they did discourage putting drip irrigation on recycled water in the past due to possible drip emitter damage from contaminants in the water. This is no longer their policy and they fully support water conservation efforts by their customers.Thanks for the experience. I found companies that don't charge for estimates and are current on local utility company conservation efforts.Not recommended.5/17/18P.S. Just saw owner's response, too funny. If you have no idea who I am, you need to return that fee charged to my credit card on 4/26/18.

Renee, David & Buddy did an excellent job on the exchange of old cast iron piping with PVC piping while my husband & I was cruising on Royal Carribean Wonders of the Seas which took so much pressure off us. What a way to go guys!! Thanks you so much!!

Worst customer service. The owner Zef is unreliable and inconsiderate. He'll make you wait all day for no one to show up. Don't waste your time. Find someone else.

Steve was very helpful in assisting me with solving my issue. He had done plumbing work for me a long time ago and I called him again since I knew he is very versed with plumbing problems. Due to scheduling he was not able to come to my house that day but he gave his recommendations and next course of action so that I can take care of the issue. Prompt and professional service.

I appreciate their prompt response, I only waited for a couple of hours after making an appointment because they were servicing another house. They work efficiently and clean, I’m happy that there was no mess at all. Eric was really great; he even recommended ways to avoid clogs. Most important, the price is very reasonable compared to the other plumbing company I researched online. I would highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Would like to give Amelia plumbing and five star rating especially Daniel who came promptly to fix my plumbing issue. He made sure my issue was corrected , tested and completed Timely.

All hours emergency plumber was dispatched to my home by my home warranty company. On the day the technician was to show up (next day service) All Hours called me and stated the tech would be late, this happened twice and the tech was hours past the time they were to originally show up. This was not a big issue, I understand that things happen and my schedule was flexible. The one star review is because the technician did not clear my drain problem. He was barely able to get the toilet to flush and told me that I might just need a new toilet..... Then left. Review of my home warranty shows that a new toilet is one of the things covered under my warranty. So fast forward one day, I take the morning off of work so that I can now fix or replace the toilet and/or drain and 10 minutes with my shop vac later the toilet obstruction is cleared and the toilet flushes like a new toilet. We really do live in a world where people just don't care to do good work, it's not even about going the extra mile it's about fulfilling the basic requirement of your job. Your inability to do your job cost me a $75 deductible and now a half of days work. I highly recommend that look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. Heed the reviews for this company!!
