Whole house being re-plumbed. Cast iron is shot and leaking under the house, old PVC is pieced together and sometimes not sloped properly, issues with shower, tub, sinks. Yep, it’s a mess.Then Harry came. Solid, thorough and honest evaluation. Now Jacob has begun work. Not finished yet, 3 days down and at least a week to go, but Jacob is polite, neat, has already proven himself trustworthy, punctual, an excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable about all the issues we face with this home built in 1957 and what to do about them. I’m very assured that we are in good hands. ?

Absolutely first class!! I am now enjoying a brand new Master Bathroom and a totally remodeled Laundry Room thanks to these professionals. It was as if Kendal and Carla initially climbed into my head, saw my vision, and turned it into reality! I have worked with many contractors over the years, but none as good as Turner. Kendal, my Project Manger, kept me informed daily of what was taking place, and what would be taking place the next day, she never missed a beat. She came to the house every day, sometimes more than once, to check with the workers and with me. If she said something was going to happen at a certain time, it did. It was wonderful having a Project Manager so invested in my job satisfaction.I want to personally thank, Eric, James, Ben, and David (hope I haven't forgotten anyone); always on time, professional, pleasant, and perpetual positive attitudes about the job. Whatever they did, it was right the first time, and always done with a smile. And, they are the cleanest contractors I have ever worked with!! Turner's subcontractors were just as professional, always on time with first-rate work.The bottom line - on schedule, on budget, great to work with; Turner Plumbing is a 5-star winner!

Condescending customer service by both Holly and Kyle. Absolutely unacceptable. No quote for the job before coming to the house, apparently new plumber told us, incorrectly, the quote was $300, and drywall repair (after he cut a huge hole) was included in the price. We told him to go ahead and do the job. He finished early and charged $267, and before leaving, said a drywall specialist would come by later today and fix what he had to tear out - that he would coordinate that. No such person came, and when we called back, Kyle's snarky comments after telling us it would cost $150 an hour plus material for the drywall repair were well, what did you think? it would be just free?.... no, not free, included in the price like we were told..?just wow.. absolute robbery and unprofessionalism from start to finish.

We chose Lettow Plumbing to complete a whole home re-pipe for us. We also had our hot water heater location changed, had whole home filters installed and had a bathroom renovation completed by Lettow Plumbing during/after the re-pipe. We were very pleased with the work! Chris and his staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time that Chris took upon the initial consultation/estimate visit to thoroughly walk through our home and begin to problem solve some unique issues that we had. From that initial visit to the final walk through visit that he did, everyone took the time to listen and respond to questions and to explain daily progress. We look forward to calling upon Lettow Plumbing in the future should there be a need and highly recommend the company to others!

We just finished up a renovation of our master and guest bathrooms (complete gut job including wall teardown in our master bath). These guys are AWESOME. We've only lived in Jacksonville for two years, and I've been wanting to gut these bathrooms since we moved in - however, I had a terrible experience with painters when we moved in and needed to paint out house and was absolutely dreading getting into a project of this size.I've heard so many nightmare stories from friends and family members when it comes to working with contractors and renovations that I kept putting off this project. Then, when I did decide to finally go ahead and do it, I got estimates from about ten different companies in Jacksonville - most of the companies were complete flakes and never followed-up or sent estimates. Several said they wouldn't pull permits for stuff I knew required permits, or they'd pull permits but it would cost me more (sketchy). It was incredibly frustrating.We decided to go with Van based on gut instinct, basically - and that was the best decision we could have made. Atlantic Coast made everything really easy - when they came out and said they'd install and I'd order everything, I was a little hesitant because I didn't feel like I had the time or energy to do that. But it wound up working out great - I ordered most things online, had them shipped to the house, and it was low-stress.The guys that come out and work are excellent - they are super professional, on time, QUIET, polite and very neat. They put down drop cloths and plastic and covered everything they walked on and cleaned up after themselves daily. I work from home, in an office next to the guest bathroom they renovated, and once I put on headphones, I couldn't even tell they were there the week they redid the guest bathroom. I can't say how much I appreciated that. We stayed in the house for most of the renovation, the only time we left was during the demo of the master bathroom since it was a gut job and dusty.Contract was straightforward, Van was clear on the few things that were going to cost us more as they happened (MINIMAL additional cost and it was because of things like a bunch of fancy extra tile we decided we wanted to add).Everything is gorgeous - the tile work is perfect and they really were just a pleasure to work with. We're already showing off the bathrooms to all of our neighbors.

Nolan Plumbing was awesome!I had a busted irrigation pipe, I called and left a message. They got back to me that same day and we’re able to come out the next day.They fixed the pipe and checked the rest of the system. They were able to replace a head that wasn’t rotating and cap off a head that I didn’t need to spray.They also explained more about the system (I just bought the house and have no idea how it all works) so I understand more how manage it.If I run into any more plumbing or irrigation issues in the future, I will be calling Nolan Plumbing again!**UPDATE: Moved into a new home, our irrigation system was a total mess. So I knew exactly who to call. Now we are all set.We also had plumbing issues so I asked them for help inside the house as well, I can not be happier. They are very quick to come out to your home, get the job done in a timely manner and done right!It’s wonderful to have a company I know I can call if I need them.

Mark did a very good job. He put the toilet in and more. Other companies did a poor job compared to him. Other companies charge me thousands of dollars. He done the job with confidence and explained everything and charged a very good price. I can recommend him to others with confidence that he would do a great job for them. Other people from his company put the tub in and went much further and found out why the water was weak. This a great company and very nice and respectful. Great Job Thank you Mark!!!

I contacted Steve's Plumbing after reading the reviews. Coming from New York I was very impressed. I'm from a family of plumbers, and I know how important customer service is. Steve took the time to explain in detail, multiple conversations, what needed to be done in order to connect my gas dryer. In the end, to save me money Steve recommended I return the gas dryer for an electric dryer. I am very appreciative of his honesty and patience and will definitely call his company again, most likely to replace my builder's grade fixtures. :)

Best heating and air company

Called at 4PM due to the house flooding with water from the laundry room. The owner was at my house in less than 10 minutes. Identified the problem, resolved the issue of the flooding, and the next morning fixed the septic pump. Super fast and professional service 10/10 would recommend!

He quoted a reasonable price for a difficult re-pipe emergency. Completed an excellent job in one day. Friendly and helpful.

They helped me out in a pinch! My house is a decent distance from their office and they were in and out in about an hour. You can't go wrong, they aim to please!

I called to have a pipe under my bathroom sink replaced, and Dustin came out to do it. It didn't take very long and Dustin was professional, courtious, and knowledgeable. The price seemed reasonable. I would hire them again.
