After two no show no calls from a plumbing company our Landlord recommended (for my place of business), I reached out to Darley's Plumbing. They came out same day and took care of our plumbing issues. From the phone call this morning to Tiffany in your office to the service call with Keith and Brad- I have been impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of your employees . Thank you for providing professional and prompt service- a rarity these days.

Excellent service! They came to the house not long after we called about clogged sinks. They were respectful of our budget and go the service done quickly. I definitely recommend and will use it again if necessary.

Issue with water backing up in bathtub and water coming out the bottom of both toilets downstairs when the washer machine was running. We call this company on November 22 2022 paid $245.00, things seem to be working fine until January 13, 2023, we called again and was told someone would come out around 8:00 pm but never received a call or text, technician was a no show. I called again the next day and a tech finally came out around 3:00 pm, another $245.00. We thought the issue was resolved again until January 18, 2023, same issue occured. I called again and spoke with a rep and was advised she will consult with the technician and give me a call back in a few. I never received a call back so I called around 12:00 and again at 3:00, I spoke with a front desk rep, per our conversation I believed there would be no charge for the service since it was the same service and the technician was to my home less than a week ago. Technician showed up around 5:00, looked in the drain and said yes it is backed up again and that will be another $245.00, we declined service. It is clear to me that they do not do everything possible to make sure you do not have the same issue again in the near future. Each time they just pushed whatever was clogging the drain for a temporary fix instead of clearing it out of the drain. Each time the technicians were there less than 30 minutes and talked more than they worked. I will deal with my home warranty company in the future to avoid the costly mistakes due to human error.Update: We called another plumbing company on Jan 20th. This technician was very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of information. He unclogged our drain and advised us the issue maybe beyond the tap and insisted we stop calling plumbing companies and contact JEA. We called JEA the next day and they came out same day. The issue is on JEA side and we will be getting a refund for all plumbing expenses and any blockage until they make the necessary repairs will be on them. Not sure why Terry Vereen technician did not provide us with information like this but thanks to Ken Johnson plumbing going above and beyond our issue is finally being resolved and free.

Bobby truck #207 was prompt and did a wonderful job fixing what our tile installers should have done from the beginning. Will use again

Jonny Barr could not have been nicer and was such a professional. We were really in trouble and he saved the day on Thanksgiving Eve. We feel blessed.

Plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He even made my service call early, ahead of schedule, which was a plus for me.

Horrible!! I was very ill hospitalized for 5 days, finally home. We made an appointment for them to fix something. Out of the blue I had to go back to Mayo. Since we didn’t cancel they are charging us $75.00!! Shame!!! For this company! He (owner) could care less over the situation all he cared about was $75.00!! This company (owner) had no sympathy. I did talk to an employee and he was very considerate and understanding to reschedule and absolutely understood. But not according to the owner he didn’t care. He wants $75.00. Scrooge

David in the front office that took my call was awesome and professional and very pleasant and knowledgeable and Ray Wilson that came to my home to pump my septic tank was awesome he was very punctual arrived when he said did an outstanding job and was Great your company has a great asset with both associates and they should be recognized will definitely recommend your company and these men to everyone thank for a great job

Sent a total 3 different plumbers for 1 simple job.. my bathtub is worse off than before with 4 extra issues I didn’t have before.. posted my issue and rant on a community Facebook page and had a random guy I didn’t know point out the issue from a picture and fixed everything in a hour... do yourself a favor and call a reputable company and stay far away from these guys

Best service ever used! My whole washroom got flooded but these guys were amazingly quick and fixed everything within minutes! Hats off to them...

Bill Fenwick Plumbing is the only company I will ever call for my future plumbing needs. His technician and apprentice showed up on time and were extremely courteous and professional. When the job was complete it was as if the gas line had always been there and everything else was exactly how they found it. Quality work at a reasonable price is hard to find today!
