Young men that came to my home fell thru the garage roof and hall roof.Didn't even bother to tell me.Replumbed whole house.Made 28 trips all together.Tried to discuss with Mr. Vereen and he ask us to leave his office.He could have taken time to send somone out to check their work.Some of the plumbing was not even connected.In the attic where the man fell thru twice didn't even put the insulation back up.Took days to even get somone to patch which looks awful.Plus they took the ice maker hose and bent into and shoved in back of air conditioner.Wondered why ice machine never worked again.They came highly recommended to me.Very very disappointed as I'm having to pay to have redone.

Mr. Shine went above and beyond my expectations and respected my wallet. He arrived on time, let me tell him what I needed, talked me through the process and prices, and did the things. He did a leak detection for me that found nothing thank God. Installed my water heater on the same day I picked one up. Did not leave a mess. Overall a pleasant experience.

They send out the same guy for every different problem I have. Joe is the man and deserves a raise!!

Jesse at Premire Plumbing is amazing! he’s been to my house 3 times now to deal with our old cast iron pipes and everytime i am so impressed with his work and attitude! we have a lot of issues with plumbing that we’re working on and Jesse has been amazing this whole time.

No show, promised to be here first thing, took the day off, no calls to say they would be late. Issue turned into an emergency, still no show.

They charged us 1.5 hours for 1 hr of work, we called to ask why and they said they charged us for the drive to get to us, all in all they charged us 400 just to top off the freon, place is a rip off.

Our technician Brendan was great! He made sure he answered all my questions and concerns during the visit and was very professional.
