I’ve had Eric and Mike at my house for two separate issues. They’ve been nothing but professional. My second issue was a leaking drain pipe that was very difficult to access. They took care of it same day and when they left the place was clean!

I had a water softener installed by Roland Reash Plumbing. After the job was completed and the plumbers left I had resin coming out of all my water lines. This is a brand new home and my lines were all of a sudden block from the resin because they installed it backwards. A second crew came back to fix the problem and also installed the filter on the softener backwards and could not unclog my lines and left at 10:30 PM. The next day another crew came back and replaced all my new sink faucets and toilet bowl parts and cleaned out all my lines the showers,dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator line for the ice. The pipes outside and inside were never wrapped or caulked leaving that for me to do. I never received a courtesy call from the owner to apologize and to see if everything was satisfactory. What a nightmare. I hope down the road this will not cause me a problem or a expense. I hired them because of their 5 star rating. I'm very dissatisfied with Roland Reash Plumbing

I called on Sunday morning and they had someone at my house by 1:30 pm. Our service technician David was very professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed very efficiently and in a timely manner. I would recommend David and Swift Brothers to anyone needing service.

David has completed a few jobs for us and we have recommended him to others. He has always been fair and honest with estimates and work. Every issue has been resolved with satisfaction. I was referred to Hall & Sons Plumbing from a local Facebook group and it was a great recommendation. I called first thing Wednesday morning for a leak under my sink. Mr. Hall answered and told me he would be able to get someone out the same day but needed a little while to get a specific time. Once a time was figured out, I was sent a text notification that gave me the estimated arrival window and who I could expect to show up (name and picture). The crew (Jeremy and an assistant) showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and worked quietly (important with two napping kids!!). They ended up needing to come back on Thursday to make a tweak but that too was simple and professional - with the same text updates and an email detailing the job/services provided. The price was fair, the work was good, and I would highly recommend using this company. Great experience.

The plumber that came out was Nice ,.. I was told they were coming out the same day(Monday) they came the following day. My problem had started since Saturday ,. So I was frustrated by then.

Billy just completed installation of my disposal. Quick and effecient. Very curteous and friendly. He even gave me a tip on how to drain sediment from my water heater.I have used Kimball several times over the last few years and have never been disappointed.

This company does quality work at a reasonable price and there employees are very respectful

I called Nelson Plumbing to come out and fix a leaking valve. They were not able come out, but recommended another company. It's a measure of good business that even when a company cannot 'fix' your problem, they are still trying to 'solve' your problem.

The tech was responsive and professional. He identified the problem and called me with recommendations. Unfortunately the valve broke when removing it late in the day, so they were back first thing the next day to repair the pipe and install the new hardware. Great experience!! I would hire again!!

I personally purchased 2 faucets and a double bowl kitchen sink and the parts such as the bowl basket drain assembly and such. I got quoted with *military discount* $1,800 for labor. Yes, a few parts would be needed like braided water hose for the bathroom sink faucets but other than that, it would just be for labor. I am shocked at how much I was quoted. Literally shocked.
