Contacted them because my kitchen sink was backing up and this is the 3rd time in the year we have lived here so I asked that they snake the drain and run a camera to make sure nothing more is going on. Received a call from a man who talked to me about the issue and said he was assigned to run camera but he was going to transfer to a tech who can snake because if they snake they run the camera after for free otherwise the camera would cost something upfront and then snake would cost as well. Second tech called me and she said I didn’t need a snake I need a jet which is $1500. She said someone else would be calling me. The next day the first tech calls because the ticket wasn’t closed and I told him what happened and he said he will have someone out to snake and jetting wasn’t needed. Later that day the second tech calls back and says they will be there that afternoon. Showed up about 4pm with the jet machine but had the wrong head said another tech would come out that night to snake. Received a call at 9:30pm saying won’t have anyone until Monday. I lost it and they offered to send someone the next morning. Guy shows up snakes the drain and says camera tech will be reaching out. Still haven’t heard from camera guy. No one seems to work together and communication was horrible!

Tyler came out to repair a break in our main water line on a Sunday afternoon. Being a car wash we are in dire need of our water so we were shut down during the repair. Tyler was extremely professional, hard-working and pleasant to interact with. He had to dig, break concrete, and work basically on his head to get the repair done and did it the entire time with a smile on his face and positive attitude. I cannot recommend this company enough. I had a water leak in my garage. I first hired a leak detecting company to isolate the leak and they couldn’t. I had a plumber to detect the leak and he couldn’t. Than based on the recommendation of a friend I hired Roland. These guys in no time isolated the problem and fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. I have nothing but words of admiration for them. I very strongly recommend them. I am sure that you will not be disappointed at all. You will get the best quality work at a very reasonable price.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and even tho they don't service my septic model they did everything they could to allieviate my issues. Im hoping that they get a team trained on my septic soon so that I can switch primaries!

Aaron was extremely thorough in his installation of the new water heater. He explained the features and answered all my questions about how the unit functions. He was able to do the job within a few hours. I am very pleased with his service and expertise.

I first found DWV Plumbing when I tried to replace my toilet and found that after three tries, my flange needed to be replaced because of broken bolt holders. It was 8AM Sunday morning when I called David about fixing my mess. He was out to my house by 9:30AM and within 2 hours he had replaced my flange reset my toilet and handed me a bill THAT WAS LESS THAN HALF of what a competitor of his quoted me for a Sunday service call.The next time I called David was to Install a Vanity for my bathroom after I, again, tried to Do-It-Myself. He gladly came out and installed my Vanity and repaired the mess that I made trying to save money on my own.Finally, I decided to replace my bathtub and tile surrounding the tub, but before I called David I called around to other Plumbing Companies in the Jacksonville area. David had given me a quote 10 months ago and I wanted to see what his competitors would do the same/equivalent work for.I was not surprised when the lowest quote was David's. While researching the other local plumbers I discovered that David is only 1 of 4 in the Jacksonville area that is Accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Reviews of his competitors was questionable at best. So, I had David do my bathtub and tile replacement.I am VERY HAPPY with the completed project and the time that it took to complete it. The Bathroom went from a very 1980's look (The Brady Bunch) to a modern elegant bathroom. He completed the work in the timeframe that was discussed and the price could not be beat. My hat is off to you, David, and you will continue to be 'my plumber'.
