I WOULD GIVE A NO STAR RATING IF I COULD. I scheduled an appointment for a water heater installation on a Wednesday. I received an appointment for a two hour window of 12pm to 2pm on Saturday. I called Saturday morning at 9:30am and confirmed my appointment. At 2pm Saturday, I hadn’t received a call or text and no technician showed up. I called Roto-Rooter customer service and was told my technician was still at another job site and couldn’t leave until he finished. I waited until 3:15pm and called customer service again. They again said my technician was running late and the dispatcher would have him call me. At 4:15pm customer service called and said my technician was still working another job, but insisted he would show up to my home as soon as he finished, no matter what time it was. I waited until 6:15pm and called Roto-Rooter to tell them it was too late and I didn’t want to do business with them. They insisted they could get a technician out to my home Sunday between 3pm and 5pm. NO WAY WAS I WASTING ANOTHER DAY SITTING AROUND WAITING. Roto-Rooter was going to charge me over 200$ an hour to install the water heater, but they wasted 6 hours of my time. HOW MUCH MONEY IS MY TIME WORTH??? DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID……

Needed a Plummer on Saturday. They came out within an hour. Rate was reasonable, and the technician was professional, very thorough and polite. She did an outstanding job.

Made an appointment for about a week out from 10:00 to 1:00 and had to call them after 1:00 they did not show up or call to tell me they were going to be late or anything. After I called they informed me the guy was going to be late but didn't know how late and I informed them my husband had to leave for work is the reason I scheduled the appointment early.

Service was prompt, and very professional. Steven was very friendly and helpful, and they had the problem fixed right away. Would definitely recommend!

I called for AC repair, my system wasnt working. Ryan quickly figured out the issue. He continued to test everything else he could to make sure there were no other issues. Within an hour he had picked up the part i needed, installed it and had my AC working again. He was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend Fenwick based on my experience.

Was in need of a new water heater. Purchased one at Home Depot and was told Swift Brothers would reach out to me to schedule. Nobody ever called so I had to call them. I went from a standard hot water heater to a tankless. They told me I would need a permit and charged me for one. They never pulled a permit for the job. I have had nothing but issues since the installation not to mention it looks like my 5 yr old installed it. I have left multiple messages for a manager to call me, it’s been weeks. Next step is BBB
