Had a important meeting in the am and walked into my office to find that my sewage was clogged. Called them and Mrs. Pam moved some things around and got me taken care of right away. Alan and Brad arrived shortly after and fixed the problem. They also cleaned and disinfected after they were done. This is the best experience with a plumbing company I've ever had. Thank You

Jerry was most helpful. he showed up on time, hooked up my fridge icemaker, changed washer hoses, put in extra cutoff and drain saddle for water machine and fixed bath sink drain and even took extra time to review ideas on changing to tankless water heater. Total bill $230 You can't get better attention and service anywhere. Kudos Everybody's Plumbing!

don't use this company, they always overcharge what they did. For 2 shutoff valves replacement, they charge me $1050!!! will never ever use them again!!!!

We recently moved into a new home and started experiencing multiple issues at the same time. Oakley came out and thoroughly assessed the problem and solved our issues. They were courteous, professional and had the most important characteristic you want in a plumber - committed problem solvers. Our issues were complex and needed some digging to get to the bottom of but the Owner Keith and the Technician Bryan kept at it until they resolved the problems. Definitely recommend these guys!

Bad experience, had my whole yard wet from a leakage so I decided to call them at night when I first found out there was something wrong. I had to leave that same morning out of state and I wanted to get it done before I left, the guy was rude. When the guy arrived He said “don’t call a plumber at night”, I guess they’re not 24/7 like they claim to be. The guy said I had a slab leak and that I needed to repipe the entire house. Note that before a short conversation he said he had 22 years of experience in plumbing. I had the issue fix for less than 50 dollars and I fixed it myself but he wanted to charge 7,000 to repipe the entire house. Do not recommend calling them. Bad customer service

Connor and Jaylon (sp?) came to our home to replace the kitchen sink faucet. They did an awesome job and even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing some missing caulk around the sink. Leading from the front, they demonstrated outstanding customer service. I would recommend Rolland Plumbing to my friends and family for all their plumbing needs.

I was on the fence on this because the last guy that came was honest and charged me properly if I could rate my experience just with him it would be a 5 but I have to rate everything.I called duck duck rooter because my septic grinder pump alarm was going off. They came out and assessed my grinder. At first they said it was just the float. The tech had the pump above ground sitting on the lawn and I still don’t know what he was trying to do but he was working on something near my outlet where the pump was plugged in and the pump was running fine while sitting on the lawn. I was speaking to the other technician from my garage when he went whoa! I asked what happened the guy who was near the outlet said the outlet arched. The grinder pump no longer worked. He mentioned coming back the next day with a new float I agreed. He came back and now the grinder pump was broken. No longer was it just the float…..After he kept saying he didn’t do anything I let them leave and went to speak to my builder since my home was only 2 years old. Without hesitation or follow up they left. I reviewed the camera and still don’t know the point of running the grinder pump on the lawn but whatever was going on blew the grinder pump out.While waiting on warranty for the pump I had duck duck rooter come out and pump my septic so it wouldn’t back up. All 3 times i was charged over $300 dollars. I had them pump one last time and the tech that came out charged me $175 I inquired why the difference he said the size of this little tank should not be charging you for the large tanks. I asked him to have his manager contact me to refund the overcharges. He called, the lady said she’d send the message never heard back.I took my lumps being over charged for 4 pump outs, having the grinder pump broken which equaled +$2000 dollars it’s hard for me to hear the song on the radio knowing my experience. Hopefully they will look up my info and reach out. I’m sure I will use them again if pump out is needed because now I know what the charge should be and they are prompt and will be on time and handle it quickly. I just wish I had a little better service especially since the original problem was the float switch.

When I started searching for a company to re-pipe our house no one would recommend anyone. If anyone needs a plumber for any plumbing need I would surely recommend Touchton. Highly satisfied with the job they did and would hire them again!

Lettow plumbing is absolutely fantastic. They did a complete overhaul of the drainage in our home and I could not be more thankful for their hard work and absolute professionalism end to end.After 5 different plumbing companies (one of which damaged my kitchen flooring) Chris and his team were the only ones who were able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. The plumbing in our entire home is now repaired and working again after almost two years of chasing issues.What I like best about their team is they are the only plumbing company I have interacted with that gave me a positive impression from the start. They had nice new trucks, the team was uniformed and they were all nice, polite, and highly skilled. I could not ask for more.This is VERY hard to find in Jacksonville.Going forward, they are the only plumbing I will use in Jacksonville. Chris, thank you guys so much for all the hard work!!! We had a plumbing issue on which we used this company. This issue was not corrected and when it got worse the Owner would not stand behind his work and said he would charge us again even though the issue was not fixed.

This company is top notch! It is the second time I have used David. The first time was a major water line relocate in our kitchen. The second time was for a toilet repair. They are quick to respond, arrive on time, professional, trustworthy and efficient. Their prices are certainly fair. I will continue to keep their business card and call them when needed. Why call anyone else?
