DO NOT USE ROTO-ROOTER Jacksonville. This outfit is absolutely terrible in both their work as well as customer service. I had them out over two months ago to do a simple fix on a toilet needing a new flapper and handle. After the fix, it ceased working properly. They came back out and fixed it. Again, it stopped working properly within weeks. I keep asking for their best people to be sent out. After, again, issues with the toilet, the technician came out and said we need a new handle because the one that they installed is too cheap. I agreed to pay for the new part, but refused to pay for the 5 minutes of service time to do the repair - since it is due to their original negligence. The woman working in the central office was horribly rude, screaming that they would not do any service without charging, regardless of whether they caused the problem or not. I WILL NEVER USE ROTO-ROOTER AGAIN! I recommend that you do the same and find a reputable company.

Turner Plumbing always does a suburb job of fixing what needs to be done around our house.
We were disappointed to have a veteran showing up to do the work on Veterans Days, however.

I got several estimates for a re-piping job before I decided on Roland Reash Plumbing. They gave a very competitive quote and the experience turned out to be very positive. Fadi and John did the work while I worked from home and had great communication and managed to take care of an additional leak discovered behind the wall. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

I called Snyder to see about a few quotes and spoke with someone in office who directed my question regarding my plumbing issue to John. When I spoke with John, he assured us that he would have someone to us today and that Snyder would have a solution for us today as well.To be completely honest, as soon as I hung up the phone, I looked at my wife and said, I think I just talked to the boss. I said this because he has a way about him that exudes confidence in his own person, while also giving the person he's speaking to a good dose of confidence as well. A true leader.That isn't something you sell, that's something you are.Again, John assured me that he would have a solution and said that we would be hearing from someone shortly. I am pretty sure he sent his best guy. Juan is a polite and attentive gentleman. He was extremely professional while also being charismatic without selling me anything. He assured us that he would take care of our questions and give an informative diagnosis as well as a solution. The same that John had promised.After the inspection of the issue and the resolution was discussed, we felt completely comfortable with our options and had no pressure with what to do. Eddy showed up on time. Very professional and explained issues he found. Previous service company had miswired a capacitor in the spring . Effect had our external fan running backwards. Service company’s last PM in fall didn’t notice the fan function issue. Glad we switched to your company. We are switching our rental property contracts as well.

Great company I will be calling them for ever future plumbing problems I have

had a relatively simple job of unhooking a stuck gas line for a new gas dryer. I had to go pick up the dryer before hand and the tech actually waited for me to pick it up, unhooked the old one and helped me carry the new one up stairs. He wasn't super busy that day but he could have easily not done that and just unhook the old one. They also scheduled me with only 2 days notice. Would definitely use again.Thanks Pat!

Austin was very courteous and professional. He installed a new faucet and reconnected my garbage disposal and dishwasher after having new counter tops and kitchen sink installed. He was efficient and cleaned up after the job was completed.
