The job was done well. However, it was too expensive for the task at hand. Unfortunately, due to the size of the fee for the assessment, we had to go through with the service. This was a good lesson to get a ballpark estimate before requesting an assessment.

Trustworthy, family company with great communication and quality, clean work. They've installed a water heater and remodeled a bathroom for us, and we will forever use them for all of our plumbing needs. I had a fairly small job ... leaking valve in the master shower and an improperly installed handle from a different company. Called RRP John came out quickly and did a great job at a fair price ... I was so happy with their work that I asked them to replace my hot water heater. They scheduled the work within 4 hours, this time Mike took care of it and again the price and quality exceeded my expectations. Use these guys, they are great at their craft.

He was very professional, and took his time with our old faucet. We were afraid that he would not be able to get the seats out because it’s so old, but he was able to replace them! We are so very happy with the care he took and that more work was not needed. Thank you so much! Would hire again!

I was having a drainage issue with my kitchen sink. McKendree's was the only company that said they could have someone out here within 15 minutes. Other companies I spoke with said I'd have to wait over the weekend into next week. The two guys that came out were here at the quoted time and solved the drainage problem within 40 minutes. Not only did they fix the problem, I was told what happened and how to prevent the same problem from happening again. The guy also showed me before he left that the sink was fully functional again and it worked even better than it did before the problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Great work for a fabulous price. Thanks for fixing my sink!

My drains have been backing up at least once a year for the last 19 years I’ve lived here. These gentlemen came to my house within about 15 minutes of calling and within less than an hour they had my drains running properly and told me what the issue was that constantly cost at old pipes of course and will be getting me a quote as to what needs to be done and the charge was very very reasonable. I’ve had others quote me and they were 234 times more than these people

We at Lighthouse property management use them on a day to day and love the work they do. I have been in property management for over 13 years and I have yet to meet a team like this. We recently contacted Steven's Plumbing to fix a problem with a corroded cold water valve. Steve called back the next day and was at our home within 40 minutes. He removed and replaced the valve. In 2013, he installed our water softener and a tub in our garage. In 2015, he installed a fresh water line to that tub. We have been very pleased with his service and we recommend him highly.

Our Technician was Nigel and he was the best one of the best repairman I have used. I will use/recommend Fenwick in the future and will request/recommend Nigel in the future.
