The two technicians that came to our home arrived on time, were very courteous and solved the problem quickly. Very professional and did a great job.My problem with the “new” David Gray is the switch to flat rate billing. This exact job in 2020 cost $138 (indeed the technician had this in his records) but now with their new billing method it cost $584. This is a ridiculous amount of money to snake a clean out. It took the crew less than 30 minutes.I asked the office for an estimate when I set up the visit. They would not quote me a price as it must be given by the team in the field. This is rather sneaky because if all the toilets are backing up in the house are you really going to send them away when they come?It was completely outrageous. I was totally floored but what could I do? In the future I will find a plumber that bills on a time and materials basis.

Harry Hayes Plumbing is top notch. They are such a great example of professionalism & excellent customer service. They have done a couple of smaller jobs for us in the past & we have always been very happy with their service. This last visit has been our biggest plumbing job yet. Our entire main drain system is being replaced along with all of the interior plumbing lines. Major overhaul is happening! Joshua Connor is our guy & he has been phenomenal. His communication is superb. I can it recommend this company enough. We all know plumbing issues are expensive. With that said it’s nice to deal with a company that is professional, has great communication & leaves you with the peace of mind that your job is being done right.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter! They were very responsive, and came within an hour of calling them! Our pipes froze overnight, and began working as we were testing them. Even though they came all the way out and assessed the problem, they didn’t even charge us. Great customer service, and we will absolutely be using them for future plumbing issues!

I would highly recommend Turner Plumbing. I had a late weekend plumbing emergency and contacted Turner Plumbing. The Plumber, Mac McLendon, arrived at my home approximately 20 minutes later. Mac was very professional and eased my concerns right away. Mac proceeded to make the necessary repairs in a very skilled manner. Amazing service all around! Spoke with Jennifer over the phone to schedule an appointment. She made an appointment for me the next day and clarified the service charges prior to the visit. Got a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Connor and Jaylen arrived in a timely and professional manner. I had a problem with the water heater leaking. They assessed the problem. Once they returned with the pieces they completed the installation in no time. Connor was able to explain to me how the water heater operates and where the problem was. I'm a first time homeowner and would highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.

We needed some creative and extensive plumbing work on our 90 yr. old home. After calling 3 other companies for estimates, Affordable Plumbing was the only company that came out and estimated the job on the spot. Their estimate was almost half what we had been quoted from past attempts (a year earlier). Their friendliness, work ethic, quality of work, cleanliness, and price is without equal. Called on a Saturday morning and they had someone available pretty quickly. Jeremiah came out and crushed the problem with expertise, there's no way I would have fixed this on my own and I should've called a week ago before my many failed attempts. Upon encountering traffic forcing him to let off, he got behind me and turned on bright headlamps to blind me.
