Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Jacksonville FL

I kept David Gray's business card from about 20 years ago when we used them before further north in Floridaat another house. I was very excited to see they expanded to Palm Coast after moving here. Overall, their prices are usually lower than others quoted. They don't find unnecessary add ons during a job and explain exactly what needs to be done. Their workers are on time, not pushy, and get the job done right the first time and do it fast. I really liked Josh who came out. He had to go through a wall to get to the back of my shower to do a repair. I thought it'd be a half a day job but it only took a couple of hours. However, in that time he also installed a new water heater. I just won't use any other company. They really are just that great.

They are very nice people. They allowed me to apply for a job knowing my plumbing experience is limited. I would be honored to work with them.

We called Roto Rooter for a plumbing issue we were having and they had someone respond fairly quickly. Mike was sent to our house who was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the issues we were having. He fully explained the service along with other options we had and discussed the different up front cost. The job was completed in a very timely manner and upon completion he explained in detail on the issues we had and how he fixed it. We will definitely use Roto Rooter again and highly recommend Mike for his friendly, and professional service!! A+++++

I would highly recommend Keith and his company. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process. Prior to his departure he ensured that he cleaned up. Definitely a plus for me.

Had some major issues with septic system. Mr. Rooter sent out tech Austin Wright to work the problem and WORK he did! Over a 3 day period, Austin was nothing short of excellent with the knowledge and experience you want in someone when you call for help in any situation. He repaired the problems that caused the situation and while also fixing other things that were never done correctly by the contractor when things were installed over 13 years ago. And his manager Mr. Leonetti also had a hand in helping me with things during a very difficult time. Mr. Rooter employees showed me the gold standard when it comes to home plumbing service and repairs. A big thanks to all.

Turner Plumbing has been my preferred plumber for the past several years and I could not be more pleased with the quality of workmanship, professionalism, and willingness to be both innovative and fair. They have been extensively involved in a recent remodel job that required thought and innovative thinking. They have always delivered what was promised and exceeded our expectations.

This company is awesome! They re-plumbed my entire house w/ CPVC, drywalled all the holes, & installed two toilets. The price was way cheaper than the other quotes I received and the quality of work was amazing. Nothing but good things to say about everyone I dealt with...when a problem arose with the scheduler, the owner fixed the problem immediately; very military friendly. Joe, who gave the quote was on time and professional, and Anthony & Jalen, who performed the work did an excellent job. They were neat, timely, professional, cleaned up after every day, and when the job took longer than expected, they worked late days, showed up early, and worked on a holiday.

Timely on most work. However asked them to replace sprayer on kitchen sink as part of job. No problem with that mentioned when setting up appointment. Tech then said “they don’t sell sprayers separately... you will need to buy whole faucet setup and then call us back to install” and didn’t do as part of work. Was at Ace, and they do sell new sprayers separately.... I feel a bit mislead by Haley the tech. At least some of the work got done but don’t understand the sprayer not getting done.

I mowed over our outdoor shutoff valve... brilliant!!!... basement flooded, driveway flooded, no water. On a Sunday. I called TVP Monday at 8am... they arrived at 10am, and fixed everything by 11am. WOW! Thanks Aaron, and thanks TVP! :)

We needed a professional to install our new SAMSUNG NATURAL GAS OVEN since Lowes *doesn’t do installation in spite of what they say. Lowes delivery guys are not certified gas professionals. And finding one is very hard. Thankfully we found Fenwick and Cody, they installed it with the proper gas lines and had everything on his truck to complete the job at a quality/high level. This local business and their skilled workers are very valuable to our community.

John Sweat and his capable crew had to replace old damaged cast iron main drain and washer discharge drain with PVC they also had to repair work that was previously done wrong by other contractors. The have prove that they will be our first call for future work on our facilities. Commercial and Residential.

I called left a voicemail on 03/17 and received a call back next morning. We had a crew dispatch by 14:00. They arrived on time, and made speedy work of finding the problem, and finding a resolution to my clogged drain. Pricing was more than reasonable, they only charged me for one hour when they were here for two. I would highly recommend using them in the future.

The young man that fixed our clogged pipe was professional, courteous, he cleaned up after himself. Did an outstanding job. He is a credit to your company.

This company was very responsive which is key when dealing with an HOA. The techs were very knowledgeable and after the repair, they thoroughly checked everything to ensure the problem had been completely fixed. I’m very pleased and will certainly use them again!!
