Allonzo did a great job, arrived on time, and promptly fixed our clogged kitchen sink and dishwasher. Our 15 month old son wanted to hangout with him the whole time and he was great with him too! Timely on most work. However asked them to replace sprayer on kitchen sink as part of job. No problem with that mentioned when setting up appointment. Tech then said “they don’t sell sprayers separately... you will need to buy whole faucet setup and then call us back to install” and didn’t do as part of work. Was at Ace, and they do sell new sprayers separately.... I feel a bit mislead by Haley the tech. At least some of the work got done but don’t understand the sprayer not getting done.

These guys were so great.This morning I left a VM and they called back 3 mins later.They scheduled me for today and after I hung up I got a text confirmation a minute later - literally.And then they called before they - get this, showed up EARLY !! Who does this? No one does this!Stephen showed up and fixed the drain in no time. He left no mess, was very professional and courteous.I paid and got a text confirmation before he left my driveway.These folks are old school. Reliable. Integrity. Professional. I am still in shock how well everything went. Believe me. Not all 5 star companies are truly five stars. We all know this.These folks definitely one of the best businesses I've dealt with. Ever. The plumbers that came out to the house were great. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to on the phone the day prior lacked any customer service skills. All in all I recommend Fenwick; after all I called to get a plumber, not speak with person who fielded my call.
