Responsive and professional. I called with a non-emergent service and I was treated as a valued customer. My appointment was scheduled when convenient for me and the crew arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. The repair took a few minutes and the guys kept a clean work space and were respectful of my home. I will personally recommend their services.

Condescending customer service by both Holly and Kyle. Absolutely unacceptable. No quote for the job before coming to the house, apparently new plumber told us, incorrectly, the quote was $300, and drywall repair (after he cut a huge hole) was included in the price. We told him to go ahead and do the job. He finished early and charged $267, and before leaving, said a drywall specialist would come by later today and fix what he had to tear out - that he would coordinate that. No such person came, and when we called back, Kyle's snarky comments after telling us it would cost $150 an hour plus material for the drywall repair were well, what did you think? it would be just free?.... no, not free, included in the price like we were told..?just wow.. absolute robbery and unprofessionalism from start to finish.

What a person arrives exactly on time, executes the work exactly as planned, cleans up all materials from the work without any question, I as an owner am thrilled! But it was more than that Chris is a very, very kind person and that comes across and how he does his work. Duck Duck Rooter was the only local plumbing company that responded to our request to have our septic tank pumped on Christmas Eve day (which was a freezing 24 degrees). While Helen was upfront at 8am that their schedule was booked for the day -she promised to have us on standby for any cancellations. We were beyond thankful when she called back at 2:30 to say she had a crew available. They were at our door within 30 minutes and completed the pump out of both tanks in under an hour. Their prompt, excellent service allowed us to proceed in having a very Merry Christmas. I am so appreciative and highly recommend this company.

Pipe burst early in the morning and water was everywhere. Lettow plumbing had someone out first thing. Plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. There’s a reason they’re 5 stars. Don’t second your decision, trust Lettow!

Wow incredibly rude! I called to get an estimate on a busted pipe (he makes a snarky comment on why I only want an estimate if the pipe is busted... I had the main shut off duh) and the guy asks me how many people I've called, tells me he doesn't want to put a bid in, and hangs up. Why be so rude? They were last on my list because of all the bad reviews; now I know why all the 1-stars.

Great customer service all the way through the process and provided safety to my home with mask,gloves, and shoe covers. Showed me the problem and corrections through till complete.

Outdoor spigot leaking and I and a neighbor could not get the house/ water valve to shut off. No inside of the house damage. Technician Dustin was great! Replaced spigot hook up and new shut off pipes with a box cover. My experience with Swift Brothers was good. My only issue was the bill seemed high and I did not receive a breakdown pricing for services. Actually need that for my records

I do things myself and I was trying to remove a Moen cartridge in my tub and it broke. I called about 6 companies and they either didn't have availability or I didn't feel comfortable inviting them over. I called David and he gave me a fair quote, arrived in about 15 minutes after my call and had my faucet fixed in about 45 minutes. He was willing to continue from where I left off where the cartridge broke. Thank you DWV Plumbing and you have earned my business.
