My house had the copper pipe disease. Had to replace all of the piping and the hot water heater. The crew at Turner were outstanding ! They showed up on times, followed up with phone calls, and they were experienced. Through the three day job they informed what they will be doing and kept the house spotless.The price of the entire job was VERY reasonable. 5 star !

This business was very responsive and professional which is such a rare trait in plumbing these days. Shout out to David for replacing my water heater in my time of need! He was in constant communication with me on every step he was doing and was entertaining while doing it. This is my new go to place for any plumbing needs!

Chris did the plumbing on my newly remodeled master bath and guest bathroom. Not only did he do an excellent job he coordinated well with my general contractor for the remodel. He's done other items around my house before the remodel I'm very pleased with him and his team they are always on time and do what they say they're going to do I would definitely hire them again.

I received a call from the scheduler for Swift Brothers at about 9 pm on a Friday! Not that's responsive. They had a plumber available for Saturday morning but my problem was not an emergency. The work was set for Monday morning. The plumber, James Russel, was on time and immediately started to work. I was not present so James kept me informed via text and pictures. He took no action without my approval. When he finished, he sent pics of the repairs and everything was first class. I don't know if prices were competitive but I can say it was well worth the cost. I am confident James did the work properly and cut no corners. He even found another water leak problem and sent me pictures that I could use to ask for repairs from another expertise. I plan to keep Jame's contact info and seek him out the next time I have need of a plumber. I understand Swift Brother's also works on HVAC. I assure you if I ever need HVAC work, Swift Brothers is my choice for all work. I highly recommend them.

The folks there are considerate, they take their time, they wore masks in the home, took their shoes off.... Honestly, would highly recommend. Awaiting a follow up service, so I might adjust my thoughts.

He was very honest and professional with me and he took care of his business quickly. These guys are great! They fixed my clogged sink and explained everything that needed to be done. They stand behind their work -- they even guaranteed their work. The following day, I called them for a clogged toilet. After they fixed it, they didn't charge me because they said it was covered under their guaranteed work from the previous day. They are courteous and professional. I'm going to call them for all of my plumbing needs.

A month ago we discovered that our cast iron pipes in our house ( built on slab in 1963) were deteriorating. We thought the only option was to tear the floors up to replace the pipe. We would have had to move out of our house for 4 to 6 weeks. A friend of mine in the insurance business told me about the process of having cast iron pipes relined. I contacted Mr. Jim Pelkey. Boy, I am glad I DID!!!! Not only did I NOT have to leave my house. My house was repiped in 3 days. I couldn't be happier with this company. My mother recently sold her house on Amelia island. There were a few things that needed to be done as per the new owners. Scott not only returned our call immediately but also came to do the estimate when he said he would. The work was not only completed prior to closing but was $700 less than estimated as not everything needed to be done. Scott informed us of this and refunded the money. Most impressive.

The initial interaction has been very good. The staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. I quickly received an on-sight evaluation and immediate proposal including firm cost. Plus, I can get the job scheduled in a timely manner rather than 6 weeks out.
