Best Faucet Repair in Jacksonville FL

The valves for my washer wouldn’t close and stop the water and I was in a time crunch as I was moving into the house and had to get it fixed didn’t have time to figure out how to do it myself. The quote was really high but I had to have it done. Then when I saw they were done in 5 minutes time I was really put off paying over 700 dollars to change the two valves. 40 dollars in parts at any hardware store so let’s say 100 in parts from them. The labor rate is over 600 an hour? No wonder why they won’t tell you on the phone how much to change the valves they charge you 70 to come out and tell you how much. never again

27 year old hot water heater in rental property finally died. Roto-Rooter was out within 2 hours of my service call. Our technician (Justin) was committed to install the new water heater same day even after stuggling to find all the parts needed due to supply issues. Did a great job and made our tenants very happy!!

Jerry did a great job and was very informative. He found the slab leak and jack hammered the cement to get to the leaking pipe. We have used Oakley Plumbing previously for a fixture installation; recently our shower drain started acting up and we had guests at our house so we wanted to get it fixed right away; so we called a master plumber who was mere minutes away from our house. Plumber came out and cleared the drain but the problem came back again the next day. We decided to give Oakley Plumbing and Keith a call. Problem was diagnosed and fixed for good, issue was resolved 100% and has not came back. Oakley Plumbing is the go to Plumbing stop. We are not going to bother with any other plumber going forward.

They did a very good job, But I thought the price was way to high, over $400.00 dollars to unclog kitchen sink and bathroom shower , took maybe 30 minutes

Turner fixed my stoppage and overflow problem, but this is the 4th or 5th time they have had to come out to fix overflow issues. The house has been entirely newly piped through the ceiling, by Turner Plumbing, and it cost me around $9,000. I am one person living in my home and for some reason, the pipes keep getting stopped up with only one person? It's a 3 bedroom home, can't imagine why it can't handle one person. I have to call every 6-8 months to have someone come out to rescue me from Noah's flood. Both bathrooms backed up, including the tub. However, Turner does get someone out here right away, the guys are always polite and seem knowledgeable, and of course, they fix the problem, temporarily. So, I have to pay $164.00 every 6-8 months, starting to wonder what the heck is going on. Do I keep calling Turner or do I call someone else next time? Hmmm. What would you do?

Connor and Jaylon (sp?) came to our home to replace the kitchen sink faucet. They did an awesome job and even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing some missing caulk around the sink.
