You WON'T find any better!!! Called to replace tub drain. He was at my place in 10 minutes while on his way to another job, and completed his job in 15 minutes. Being so close, he didn't charge me a service call fee. Great to know I have a reliable plumber when needed.

I had a busted pipe at the main pipe / spigot at my moms house. I called Oakley plumbing and they called me back and we’re able to schedule me in for late the next day, which I really appreciate because I had to turn the water off at the meter that was buried in the front yard. Keith was professional, courteous, on time and did a very good job....in the rain!! Reasonable rates. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend Oakley. Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

I deal with a lot of real estate/ investors etc. and therefore we have to deal with a lot of vendors, plumbers hands down the most. This outfit s fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Very quick and have their stuff together. There are a lot of bad expensive plumbers out there, these guys are not them, they are great.

I called with probably 101 questions before deciding to go with this company. Each time the answers were consistent, and they were patient with all my questions. Other companies gave me different prices for services every time I called, I called three times just to see if it would keep changing. Terry Vereen plumbing gave me the same price everytime, they were lower than who we have always gone with. Customer service was amazing. Day of service they came when they said they would, they didnt waste any time getting the job done, they cleaned up after themselves. I wish all plumbing experiences were this peaceful. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. Keep up the good work!

I used the online chat feature to contact the company on the company website. I was called promptly by the dispatch team and an appointment was scheduled later that same day. My issue was that my kitchen faucet was leaking. Anticipating that I would need a new faucet, I ran to Loew's and purchased a replacement faucet. The technician arrived on time. I showed him where the faucet was leaking and showed him the faucet I had purchased. He then pulled out his iPad and told me the cost to replace the faucet would be $700+ ( cannot remember the exact figure because I was in shock). He then said but I can give you a $300 discount on that and your final Price will be $500+, again I cannot remember the exact figure. I then asked the technician how long would it take to to replace this faucet. He responded that it would take him 45 minutes to an hour. Dumbfounded and now mad about the apparent gouging that Fenwick Plumbing seems to get away with, I asked the technician to leave. He then said I owed an $89 service fee and $20 fuel charge. I absolutely refused to pay him and he left. I then called the company to inquire if that was actually the right quote to replace the faucet. First, I had to file a formal complaint to speak to someone in management so I did, A couple of hours later I did receive a call from one of the owners who proceeded to tell me that was the correct price. He further asked if the technician explained that they would replace all the parts that went from the faucet and under the sink. I told him no but you cannot justify that price for replacing a minimal amount of parts since I had purchased the replacement faucet already. I told that I refused to pay his service fee and he acknowledged that and said I did not have to pay it. I cannot urge people enough DO NOT CALL Fenwick Plumbing.

James was very meticulous in his work. He had to saw off the old faucet and was very care not to scratch my granite. He cleaned up after himself and left the workplace spotless. So glad I called DWV Plumbing. They had a quick turnaround with calling me back . They come out on time to replace my plumbing under my sink and replace old hardware with new hardware in my bathroom . They were polite and courteous and their was no sales pressure .They did a great job and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company !
