David Gray Plumbing did a total repipe on our house. What a fantastic company. Team Tyler and Justin were absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, courteous, on time, clean and they even said our dog's name everytime they entered the room. We will definately call them if we ever need their services. Highly Recommend!

John, the plumber, and his helpers were on time, professional, courteous and they did quality work. We were referred to Oakley Plumbing through our home warranty program. Prior to Oakley coming out, I looked to Google reviews for input. They were top rated. I will say Oakley Plumbing was A++++ through the entire process of submitting the claim, getting approval, scheduling replacement, and installing our new electric water heater. They answered ALL my questions timely (and I had a lot) and were friendly and professional. Will keep them in my phone for future use and reference. If you are looking for an honest, dependable and professional plumbing company, Oakley Plumbing is the best!

Steve arrived on time, and worked hard to unclog my toilet drain. He walked me through his process and showed me the clogs on his camera system. He got the toilet draining properly and left the bathroom clean. I was very impressed with him and Mr Rooter, and will be calling them for any other plumbing needs.

Daniel and Dwayne replaced my water heater. They were terrific! Very professional and so kind. They warned me to be careful because the garage floor (where the water heater leaked) was wet and I might slip. They also told me how to replace the salt in my water softener! They were right on time too. Just super nice and helpful. Love those guys!!!!

Ice maker line right? Very simple procedure you would think. I had the refrigerator moved out of the way & the drywall cut for the repair and very clean for the repair person. Didn't need any water line connected or drywall patched. They charged me $276 for the job and around $90 for the valve when in reality it costs only $15 plus a few bucks for glue and couplings. They also charged me to repair drywall when in fact I never requested this. The only reasonable charge was for the cpvc parts: $2 for couplings, etc.I spoke to Kyle and ran through my concerns that I was quoted a little under $200 and I was charged $276, and I didn't ask for a drywall repair and that $80+ for a ice maker valve was extremely ridiculous. He laughed at me and asked if this was all about $40 for additional labor (15 minutes for the drywall repair I didn't ask for). I agreed, but also disagreed with the 300% markup on the water valve part was unfair to us regular people. To be clear, this valve is not made of gold or platinum. Kyle, in the brief convo we had, you were a very condescending person and probably a family member of the biz (I have a few). Trust me, being a nice person goes a long way especially if you consider I need so many plumbing services. You literally laughed at me when I was trying to express the value you didn't provide me.On a $276 job, $40 is extremely significant, Kyle. Especially if you include the 300% markup of the valve. He said he would refund the time it took the tech to patch the drywall ($40), we'll see. I don't think I'll include them on my quote for a new water heater or our sewage drain issue, etc.

When we called for a plumber the receptionist was prompt with telling me they could get a plumber out to our home right away. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes of our call. The very first thing the plumber asked while still in my driveway was, Are you on a septic tank? I told them that yes we did have a septic tank and started to tell them the issues we were having with gurgling toilets. They walked straight out to the backyard to look at the septic tank without even going into the house. They dug around for a bit and informed me that the septic tank is full and needs to be pumped and they do not work on or drain septic tanks. That will be $95. If they didn't do septic tanks then they should have told me from the beginning that they didn't do septic tanks. The plumber literally never even looked at our toilets, the reason we called them to begin with. I feel like I was taken advantage of. They knew they didn't work on septic systems and yet they didn't tell me that until after they went to my back yard and looked at the tank. I'm not even confident that is the issue or the entire issue. They wanted to collect the $95 for doing nothing. Again, I should have been told before the work started that they didn't work on septic systems but they just wanted to collect a fee for not doing a job. Very disappointed

Fast and friendly service. Great value. I’ve used Terry Vereen for the past 16 years for all of my plumbing needs and they have never let me down. They just finished the repipe of our master bathroom. It was a major project. They were even willing to work around our travel schedule. Highly recommend!

Michael, from Fenwick, came out to repair but ended up having to replace my garbage disposal. In addition to excellent service I received somewhat of an education about plumbing and maintenance for my home. Michael may be one of the most knowledgeable repairmen I have ever met. His years of experience and his desire to keep learning the new aspects of his profession make him an excellent representative of Fenwick.

I called around 10am to have my septic pumped due to an emergency, we were expecting them to be out between 1 and 6pm. I received a call around 10:40 saying they were on their way and expected to be at my house around 11. Mark and AJ showed up when they said they would. Friendly guys. They got right to work. They had to dig up my yard to get to my tank, they didn't do a hack job. It looks good. I'm so happy with this service. We won't hesitate to call on the future for our septic and plumbing needs!!!

They installed new shower fixtures in my sons bathroom. Drew was very nice to speak with and took care of me very quickly. Chris came and was very personable explained everything to me and even looked at my water heater and disposal. They were very reasonable and performed the work quickly. Would highly recommend using.

DWV Plumbing is awesome! I noticed my shower leaking last night. Rushed to find a plumber. Called them this morning and they thankfully were able to come out in just a couple of hours. They were fast and professional! Luckily it was just the shower arm. They had the part with them and replaced it quickly. Will use them again for any plumbing needs!
