Purchased a Jacuzzi bath tub years ago, and they did the installation along with other items when we did an addition on one of our homes. The whirlpool jets stopped working a couple years ago. I called in to ask if they did that sort of repair, or knew who does. They said they don't and to go search the internet to find someone and couldn't provide any further information. I was hoping since we bought if from them, they installed it, and carried the brand, they may have a recommendation. They provided no help. We won't be using them on our next remodel we are about to begin.

Absolutely the rudest most unprofessional people, especially the woman that answers the phone...an absolute caustic rude woman. After a very heated discussion i chose to not let them do the work for fear they would mess things up worse. Terrible experience.

Chris did the plumbing on my newly remodeled master bath and guest bathroom. Not only did he do an excellent job he coordinated well with my general contractor for the remodel. He's done other items around my house before the remodel I'm very pleased with him and his team they are always on time and do what they say they're going to do I would definitely hire them again.

Stumbled across Top of the Line Plumbing looking for a replacement water heater...so glad I did! Spoke to Gavin over the phone and he thoroughly explained all my options. When Scott came to do the work, he was on time, professional and VERY efficient. Gavin was in the are so he even dropped by to check on us and make sure everything was ok! So happy with it, I had them some and correct some mistakes a previous plumbing company had made.
