Robert handled some plumbing work in my kitchen, and the service was great. Uniformed employee, showed up on time, gave me a courtesy text to confirm he was on the way, and e even put on shoe coverings before entering my home which is great because we're those folks who ask people to take their shoes off. The estimate was clear and transparent, and he broke down every detail of the job. I'd recommend David Gray Plumbing and Robert to my family, friends and colleagues!

Technicians arrived on time and wasted no time removing old water heater. The whole process took about 1.5 hours and the price came in under the estimate. The PVC work looks better than the builders original installation. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Roto-rooter was great. On-time, quick, and knowledgeable. Fixed my problem and answered my questions.

Jacob arrived right on time to fix my leaking toilet. He was very pleasant and professional. The office called to follow up a couple of days later. When I mentioned the toilet still seemed to have a minor issue Lindsey arranged for an appointment the next business day. Everything is fixed and I loved that they followed up with me before I had to call them back. Excellent customer service!

Save thousands of dollars! Please do not hire this company.
The incompetent staff including the managers are deceiving customers.
They were hired to repair and add plumbing to a kitchen that had no drywall and easy access to all plumbing. They caused more damage than I can explain please see the pictures.

Whole house repipe. No games or gimmicks.

Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

TOOK yesterday off and waited all day and no one called or showed up.

Excellent experience with this company. They fixed my problem in a day and even cleaned the nastyness outta my tub for me. Such nice people. If i have problems again I'll be calling them.

We have had work done by Lettow Plumbing & Restoration at both ours and our daughters house. They are quick to respond, communicate well, and have excellent customer service. The guys who have come out, Chris, Baxter, John, Jessie, and Paul, and Anna on the phone, have all been polite, courteous, and professional. From a small job of hooking up a drain, to replumbing our entire house, we have been pleased with the response, speed, and quality of work.

Russell called to let me know he was on the way. My kitchen sink was clogged. He determined the problem was in the pipes and cleared it quickly. He was careful to keep the work area clean and dry. He even asked if I had a broom and dishpan to clean up.Russell was very professional and took time to answer all our questions.I will use Swift Brothers Plumbing in the future and recommend them to others.

I would be very concerned if I was the owner of this company one of their company vehicles almost ran me off the road today when I was trying to merge on the 295 I had my 1 year old in the back seat. The driver was either insanely distracted or under the influence and it's only a matter of time before he causes a major wreck. Im very disappointed and will never hire them for any services based off the quality of people they employ.

These are just the nicest people to deal with and very competent. I wouldn't call anybody else.

Came out to repair/clean a main waste line. They showed me the issue (see pic) with their impressive pipe inspection technology and remedied the situation using a partial pipe replacement and pipe cleaning approach. Really enjoyed working with the team and appreciated their service. They also enlighten me to the layout of the piping underneath the house which will be helpful intel for future remodel considerations.

Aldridge and Sons plumbing installed a water heater in my house this week. The old one had 2 months remaining on the warranty and they worked with the manufacturer to have them pay for the replacement heater. I had a new water heater installed within 2 days. Chris in the office and The guy that did the installation were both fantastic. The company exceeded my expectations on this transaction and I will not hesitate to call them next time I need a plumber.

I called with plumbing.problems.and they had my tub draining .like new in ten minutes. Be careful about using the power bladders you attach to your garden hose. If too much water pressure, they burst shooting rubber into your drain. Yikes!
