I’ve had 2 clogged toilets…fortunately I had one that worked. But Eric arrived tonight & was able to find the problem. I ended up with a new toilet in my master bath—but everything is working!!! No more worries!!! Eric did a great job!

Pam called from the office and said that her guys were done early on an earlier job could they come now than the Scheduled appt. They arrived 2 hrs early. They replaced the sink drain line that was needed. They reconnected the sinks. The heavy rain came so they broke for lunch and came back to clear the stopped up line. While they were gone I heard a sucking noise in the sink. Keith and Robert tested the drain and all was clear. Thanks for the good work guys. Will use y'all for any future needs. Would recommend Darley's for any repair or stoppage needs thanks again.

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with 2 of the most pleasant friendly and professional plumber - Steven and Neil are awesome. They took the time to explain every thing in great details And did not pressure me into making a decision on my needed repairs. trust me guys, Neil is very very knowledgeable too.The only take away from this was their price was a little high, But the service was fast and reliable.

Arrived well within the time frame and installed new 50 gallon water heater. No surprises or extra charges, just a good job.

I needed a new water heater and Turner came recommended by a friend. So glad I called them! They were prompt, professional, and priced fairly. I will definitely call them for any other plumbing issues I might have.

Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

I usually like to only leave good reviews, but 3 disappointingly bad strikes and I had to share.First, I used them several times about 5 years ago and they were great. Times have changed.The original appointment, they were late and I had to leave. I thought they simply weren't coming. My husband (who didn't know exactly what needed to be done & was trying to help me) let them in when they arrived. They did work I didn't need done (and stained about 2 inches of new grout), didn't fix the leak (or even determine the problem - the leak was so bad my garage ceiling was falling down) and, $200 later, left.I called to give them a second chance (before I wrote a bad review) and spoke to Erica. She said she'd call me back after she talked to the plumber. I said I couldn't set the appointment at that second as I was walking into a meeting. I called back at 4:30, was told was the resolution was that they would waive the initial call fee. So I set the appointment.I stayed home from work for the 2nd appointment. They didn't show. I called back, spoke to Erica & she said that *I* never called her back! I explained that I called back that sameday at 4:30 & set the appointment. She puts me on hold and, instead of apologizing, asked me When do you want to make the appointment? No apology, no explanation...I reset the appointment...I should have known better...Third appointment... The plumber comes out. I explain to him the scope of what I want & assumed they understood (it's not rocket science). They installed my pedestal sink (which I had pulled out to check it wasn't broken as it was on the first appointment - not their fault), but didn't notice the large defect in the base (see photo).WHY did they not say, Hey, do you still want us to install this, it had a large defect? My answer would have been NO! They also installed the drain to the wall without changing out the pipe (which is what I wanted to make it look pretty behind the sink), then when I explained (I literally had to say, Look at this new bathroom... I'm trying to make it look nice and *that* just looks dirty and unfinished (as you can see behind the sink). The plumber said, Well, you don't have the parts here to do that... Really? After I explained what my intent was with the changing of the fixtures? I was amazed I had to ask Well, do you have anything on the truck? Sure enough, he did.) WHY did he not tell me this *before* he installed everything?So he then spent another 20-30 minutes correcting this error (and charged me for the time)... But he had to cut drywall out and left me do the repair!His response to the grout they stained with toilet was? Well, I guess you're just going to have to cut it out & regrout it. Really?!? They couldn't try to clean it?So now, I'm $500 out of pocket to them and left with a defective sink installed, a new drywall repair & stained grout...oh and finding - after another conversation where I felt like I was pulling teeth - finding (but not repairing) a massive leak.I'm a pretty understanding person. I'm not expecting perfection, but this whole experience had me feeling frustrated & upset. Do I uninstall the sink myself? Wait for another to come in & pay someone else? They caulked the top to the base... And the drywall? And the grout? Thanks, guys...a house remodel is tough enough. Now I have even more problems...

They came out to pump my septic. The guys were very nice . The company was suppose to.come out and give me an estimate on more work to be performed. Never heard back from them. Called and spoke to them. Said they would have someone contact me. NEVER heard from them again. Very disappointed

We have used Lettow Plumbing twice and each time they have been prompt, polite, cheerful and honest. Just so easy to have in my home... And the guys even took their shoes off before coming in my home and I didn't even have to ask them to do that!

We received service the same day we called. They called throughout the day to keep us updated on when our service person would arrive. Very professional and friendly. And - went the extra mile to take care of a slow drain, that wasn’t even on our service call.

Our plumber was Mr. Mulholland. He was great. We had another Tech come the day before we were not happy with his findings so we called your company very glad we did. Mr. Mulholland was on time told us exactly what the problem was came back the next day and fixed the problem. Thank you so very much we are very pleased.

Gavin and Top of The Line Plumbing are top notch plumbers. Gavin was very easy to get in contact with and answered my many many questions. He hydro-jetted my line and is scheduled to de-scale the cast iron sewer piping system at my home. As a former building contractor he was impressive at all aspects of his profession. Highly recommend.

Our toilet got clogged on a Friday night. After calling several local plumbers and being told none of them were available, we came across Aldredge & Sons. Not only did they come out within a couple hours, they told us about a coupon on their website we could use. They were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. We will definitely use them again if we have a plumbing problem!
