I can't say enough about what a great company this is! We had some minor plumbing work done by a neighborhood handyman that had been recommended to us to replace the faucets in our bathroom tub, thinking it would cost less to use this person. Within 2 weeks one of the faucets actually fell off! What was worse we realized that the pipes in the wall had been leaking and spraying water inside the walls every time we turned the water on! I called Harry Hayes Plumbing and the wonderful lady that spoke with me on the phone (I can't remember her name) was so sweet and said they could get someone out by the next day. The repairmen (Erick & Joey) came promptly at the scheduled time, had gloves and masks on for our safety, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and even repaired our toilet that had not been sealed or bolted properly by the prior handyman.I was thrilled with their work and the price was much lower than I could ever have expected! My husband, who has a hard time coming to terms with his age and inability to do these type things any longer, was so happy with the experience and how nice the repairmen were that he thanked them profusely and then thanked me several times the rest of the day that I had called Harry Hayes Plumbing! Everyone at this house is very happy today!

Mr. Allen Martin was at my house within an hour of me calling after hours. They waved the service fee because we choose to go with their quote which was reasonable compared to what the other company quoted me. He was super friendly and personable. Will ask for him again. He was in and out and I was back to business as usual.

Turner was called to our home for cast iron pipe inspection due to being under contract and buyer doing their due diligence. Luli and his helper showed up. Luli is very friendly, but not professional at all. He and his helper scoped 3 vent pipes and our main sewage line. Once completed, Luli stood on my doorstep and told me all my pipes were bad and I needed to repipe to CPVC. He said one was busted and leaching into the ground and the others were blocked. Luli did not show me the videos in conjunction with his assessment of our pipes. I had to call Turner to purchase the videos. My husband and I have owned and lived in our home for a bit over 5 years. We’ve had one clog which was resolved over 2 years ago. Other than that, no issues. We have no standing water in our yard, no sewage smell, no wet floors or walls. Since that day, we have now had two other companies come out, scope and assess our pipes to find no issues. They reviewed Luli’s videos and there’s with my husband and I and explained what they saw upon inspection. We have since spent $700 in inspection fees to learn nothing is wrong with our pipes. And, we are at risk of the buyers canceling contract because of Luli’s assessment. I do not recommend Luli.

Amazing service all around! Spoke with Jennifer over the phone to schedule an appointment. She made an appointment for me the next day and clarified the service charges prior to the visit. Got a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Connor and Jaylen arrived in a timely and professional manner. I had a problem with the water heater leaking. They assessed the problem. Once they returned with the pieces they completed the installation in no time. Connor was able to explain to me how the water heater operates and where the problem was. I'm a first time homeowner and would highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.

First Mitch with Bert Normans Plumbing was here to install a new food disposal for a neighbor and did an excellent job. Here at Timbercreek our outside water spigots have all gone bad around the same time, leaving us frustrated and in need. Mitch repaired mine and was coming back Friday for another neighbor of mine, who needed two replaced, but he was called away on emergency Friday and Steve came in his stead. He did an excellent job as well. Now all outside spigots are working just fine. Thanks guys! BNP is my plumbing company and I highly recommend them.

Devon was so kind and helpful. The service was great and the rates were exactly as described on the phone. They installed new valves to repair a leak under my sink.

This place is HORRRIBLE! They couldnt fix a toilet to save there lives!! They do very cheap work and use very cheap products. They will scam you out of your money, stay far far away from them. Juliano has no idea what hes talking about nor any of the employees that work there. I would give negative stars if i could.
