Very disappointed by the quality of theWork the plumber did. He was paid inFull and left my home leaving the waterTank stopper unsecured. My wife callYour services again requesting your assistance and another plumber nearBy fixed the problem that your first plumber should have noticed. A bill should have not been produced for that second service at the time your plumber spoke to my wife. He told her that the second trip was on Turner because the problem wasn’t completed on the first visit about 30 minutes earlier. I am disappointment that you have charge us $62. for that second service.

There are not a lot of good septic tank companies to choose from around here. I called Duck Duck Rooter and they were super responsive and quick to come out and assist me with my needs. They were friendly, professional, and the pricing was good. I am so happy I have found a good company that I can continue to work with for years to come!

He was even kind enough to teach me a few simple handy things to help myself with this issue. They did good work for a neighbor. High prices. I drove down 11hours. Scheduled the work to be done, not diagnosed, they didn't come prepared even though I'd given the necessary information. Had to use another company. Saved myself a third of the price: $700.

Called for an emergency water main repair and they were out shortly after I called to fix the problem. The guys were honest and had me up and running in about an hour. Couldn't be happier!

Had a tankless hot water heater go out. They came in the next morning and installed a new unit. Professional installation, great service at a fair price. Will use them in the future and have already told some friends about them. I have found over the years the quality of the work is usually dictated by the organization and neatness of the service truck. See attached photographs.

First of all Doug and John assessed our electric, tankless water heater, which hardly anyone does. They determined that we needed a new one, which I imagined they would. Our old one leaked. They came back soon after and put a brand new one in. It works better than the old one did, they showed up early to the appointment, and answered all my questions! Great service and it hardly took any time at all. Harmony and Haley at the front office are always great to talk to and they also answer all my silly questions. Shane dropped by today and made sure that everything was copacetic with the water heater. He was nothing but the best and was very professional and easy to talk to. What a great place to work with! My home warranty company recommended Floridian plumbing to fix a plumbing leak. I was able to make an appointment in the same day that I called them. They came out on time and my technician Corey was wonderful. He explained what the problem was, what he was doing, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend and use Floridian plumbing again.
