Best Drain Maintenance in Jacksonville FL

Had plumbing technicians Adam Bryan and Eric out to replace a hot water heater today. We realized the issue this morning, called this morning and they were here by the afternoon. Arrived during a thunder and lightening storm, worked through a power outage from the storm, had to go to their warehouse for an item and come back during the storm, all to make our replacement happen today. I cannot thank these two professionals enough! They explained our issues, and asked about any other plumbing issues we may be having while they were here. Adam explained all our options and pricing in detail, (no pressure sales either, just my options for me to decide) and what they would be doing. County codes had changed since our initial installation, so the new codes were explained and the reason for them as well. This really gave me a sense of trust from the start that we had chosen the right company today for the job. At job completion, they explained how to properly care for, and extend the life of our new water heater, and went over the yearly draining instructions again, this time so I could videotape them for future. The pricing was extremely reasonable for the work done, and I really feel like they went the extra mile with valve replacements and insulating our pipes for us (that had not been done on our previous water heater). If you need a last minute plumber, highly recommend David Gray Plumbing, and if you are fortunate enough to get Adam and Eric, relax, you are in great hands!

I would highly recommend using this company. Each time I have called we were able to get someone out either that day (even in the late afternoon) or scheduled for the next day. Every employee I have spoken with has been kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to diagnose my drain problems and fixed them fast! I will definitely keep them in mind for next time!

I called a plumber and Robert showed up. Within 10 seconds of stepping out of his truck he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in maybe 20 minutes. He was so quick I was shocked, I had been trying to fix that drain for hours. Best part of all, it didn't cost hardly as much as I was worried.

Professional and Good Customer Service.

I was not made aware of the $250 diagnostic fee, until it was performed. When I called I was not made aware of, nor when gentlemen came he did not make me aware. Lesson learned, I will make sure I know up front. Being a large well know company I would have thought their customer service team would have made this clear upfront. I did not use. I did not want to be subject to surprise fees.

Well I was a bit upset when I talked to the plumber when he said he was 8 mins away and I was asking if he would be able to tell me what was wrong and what he would do to fit it and he responded that the 59$ was just for him to came and tell the toilets are backed up and no resolution to the problem. Then he responds that to unclog the toilets it would 400 and something $ to unclog it and I told him that the last time it happened they had to snake it from on top of the roof and he said oh that is additional 89$ for that. Well needless to say I waited all day from (930am6pm) to hear this smh very very disappointing. Now I am not sure if those were the actual prices but yeah no I couldn’t do it

I called David for an estimate on a cast iron drain replacement and he came out the next morning. The next day the work was done in 3 1/2 hours on the low side of his estimate. This guy is good.He was prompt, courteous, and he even swept up the floor afterwards. The interaction of the guys there was respectful and professional. It is obvious that David and his guys practice what they claim on their website. These are not just words to these men, they are a class example for the trade and one to be emulated. Need a plumber, call THEM.

I am living in a new build, this company installed the plumbing in my home, I got their number off of my water heater tank, after 2 years I have an issue with my faucet leaking, called them to get a quote on repairs as I figured that since they are the installers that it would make sense to stay with them, even though they have plumbing repairs listed as a service on their website I was told by the person that answered the phone that they are only doing new builds- ok if that's the case, update your website or add a note to your site that during the pandemic that you are only performing limited services- this is very misleading.

Billy came out for the second time this year and was ,once again, very courteous and professional. I cannot recommend this company high enough. my father was a General Contractor so I have high expectations when work is being performed at my house and Kimball Plumbing has always exceeded them!

These guys have helped keep my house cool and improved my quality of life. It sounds extreme but I did not knowhow many ssues I was having .They repaired my duct work and added coolant to my unit. I will be recommending them for any issue to anyone that asks.
