These guys did such an amazing job. They were incredibly responsive and fast. Came out same day within an hour. They had to go into our crawlspace to fix two issues (not the most pleasant job), but could not have been friendlier or more efficient. I used Larry Teague's plumbing for an entire re-pipe due to a slab leak at my home. During the re-pipe the input line to the water softener was damaged and began to leak. I contacted the number they left me in the event of any problems, and they attempted to repair the leak but instead placed the softener in bypass to stop the leak and asked that I order new o-rings and clips. Once the parts were received they spent over 4 hours trying to stop the leak, but were unsuccessful. Three months later, after receiving excuse after excuse why it can't be repaired, I got in contact with Jerry from everybody's plumbing, and the leak was repaired in less than 30 minutes. WOW!

I had quite a bit of work done in February of 2019. Jacob did an exceptional job. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I had to call them again recently. Eric came out and fixed my leaking toilet.I had to call them again recently when it appeared that I had a plumbing problem. The problem was that my septic tank was backed up. The guy with Jacob dug up the ground where the lid to my septic tank was. Jacob put a metal rod that was like a needle, but thicker down into it and told me it was full without having to remove the lid.I called the septic tank company that he recommended as I had just had my septic tank pumped out October 31, 2019 and it shouldn't have been full making me think the company that I used didn't do a good job. I called the service he recommended and was told it would be a week before they could get to me. Jacob called the office and asked them to call the septic tank company and ask for an immediate appointment for me. They got two men from that company to come out that day and pump out my septic tank.I found out that I had a problem because the inspector from the Department of Health came out to inspect the drain lines of my septic tank. He told me when I called the plumber to tell them to bring lime salt for the sewage that had leaked out. Jacob brought one bag, but he didn't think I had as much sewage leaked out as I did.I recently had spinal surgery. I have a 20 lb weight limit on what I can lift. Under normal circumstances, I could have gone to Home Depot or Lowes and bought more lime salt myself. I just couldn't do it with my weight restriction. I called Harry Hayes back and explained the problem. They went and bought a 50 lb bag of lime salt and had a man bring it out to my house that same day and spread it out for me as I had to do the cleanup of the sewage with the lime salt ASAP for the inspector.Overall, Harry Hayes Plumbing went above and beyond for me. Their prices are fair and competitive with current market prices for plumbers. I will only use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

He took care of each issue, was extremely professional and courteous and I learned a lot. I called for a septic drain issue that another company tried to fix. A friend recommended Terry Vereen plumbing. The receptionist was friendly and informative. They sent Joe and Max who found the leaks that the other company did not. The workmanship was so nice it was too bad we had to cover it up. They were very professional. Joe and Max said that Terry Vereen plumbing has a lot of really experienced guys and anybody they send will do a great job, so you can’t go wrong with these guys. Thanks!

I would not recommend him for garbage disposal replacements.He installed mine incorrectly approximately 1 year ago using Home Advisor. When he finished, I had leaking around the neck he installed crooked, and ruined my cabinet from water. He wanted me to pay again to repair it. I used another plumber. Paid 2x's for the job. SMH

Excellent septic system installation to replace original. Willing to comply with customer choice of materials in compliance with Health department codes. Highly recommend this company for any sewer system installation. Workers are respectful and strive to do the best of their ability. I made the right choice, this work must be done correctly and function for years.

Friendly and very accommodating always there when I needed them. Listens to your needs and will give you a fair price. They treat you like family.

Poor quality workmanship and worse, a principal who makes common passes at female clients in an effort to make the work appear to be....better? Even if you could stand the passes, which you won't, the workmanship is beyond inferior; they hire subs who don't use tarps, who drill in bedrooms and leave dust everywhere, and who leave supplies in the driveway, including boxes of unused tiles and cement bags, that have been here weeks after the job was done (hardly), and which I will have to remove with some help in the heavy lifting department. Worse, they then go to the managing agent to claim it is somehow the clients fault.

When I called the office was very helpful and personable. They arrived as promised and I was so appreciative as I had a leak in my cabinet. Dustin quickly repaired the leak under my sink and replaced the valve. The pricing was reasonable and I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again!

I do things myself and I was trying to remove a Moen cartridge in my tub and it broke. I called about 6 companies and they either didn't have availability or I didn't feel comfortable inviting them over. I called David and he gave me a fair quote, arrived in about 15 minutes after my call and had my faucet fixed in about 45 minutes. He was willing to continue from where I left off where the cartridge broke. Thank you DWV Plumbing and you have earned my business.
