Zach our service tech was timely, efficient and extremely professional in the replacement of the water supply shut off valve and removal/installation of our new dishwasher. Kudos and 5 stars to Zach's outstanding service.

Everything from the initial phone call through the completion of the installation of our hot water dispenser was noteworthy. Very courteous person when I first called who offered same day service and NO charge for eval. Tech Jeremiah was very polite and competent. Cost of service much more reasonable than other companies I contacted. I can’t think of any reason to go anywhere else for my plumbing needs in the future. They have my business going forward!

The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. These pics are the before and after of what the pipe looked like and where it broke off.

Do you have such a fast response time because you almost cause multiple accidents getting to your destinations? When you drive company vehicles you are representing your business. You should remember this when your on the highway. Your going to get someone killed vehicle #197.

Wow incredibly rude! I called to get an estimate on a busted pipe (he makes a snarky comment on why I only want an estimate if the pipe is busted... I had the main shut off duh) and the guy asks me how many people I've called, tells me he doesn't want to put a bid in, and hangs up. Why be so rude? They were last on my list because of all the bad reviews; now I know why all the 1-stars.

My parents used this service when I was younger, and I have seen the quality service they provide. I have also used this company in the past and had a sewage problem, they were prompt and professional. Their prices are fair and hope to do business with them again, thanks!

D.W.V. Plumbing was great! Very affordable and competitively priced! They were also very polite and had no problem with wearing the booties to prevent tracking up my floors. They performed a tub/shower valve replacement for my master bath and everything both works and looks great! They even have a 90 day labor and parts (if supplied by them) warranty.
