Don’t call them and ask for an emergency because they’ll book you an appointment and say that they’re on their way and then call you back and say sorry we don’t have anybody that can come out right now.

In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did. The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away. They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

Called at 9 am to schedule an appt. Recieved an appt time between 11 am and 1 pm which was reasonable. Time frame came and went and no call and no show! I called and was told he was running late feom tje office staff. At 6:03 pm still no call and no show! Worst customer service ever! Will not recommend nor call again.

Unfortunately it started out great but as business with this company continued, it got worst. They work the clock and make excuses by whipping up the pencil to justify their ridiculous charges. First time I brought it up, they did offer a discount which I declined but ask to never see the plumber that came out on my jobsite and what did they do? Send the same guy out!!! Schematics for shower kit and vanity were provided and they got it wrong, instead of owning up to it they charge me a arm and a leg and I was called a liar by the receptionist. Want a honest company, try Fair Plumbing or Pat's Plumbing. Will never use this company again and would be careful for those that are considering using them.

I had 3 drains on my patio that needed ro be cleaned as part of an inspection checklist. Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing was quick and resolved the issue .

John Sweat and his capable crew had to replace old damaged cast iron main drain and washer discharge drain with PVC they also had to repair work that was previously done wrong by other contractors. The have prove that they will be our first call for future work on our facilities. Commercial and Residential.

G came to the rescue when my shower and toilet were draining onto the bathroom floor. She came within 15 minutes of my calling the main phone line for an appointment. She took the time to explain everything that she was doing and make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. She had such a positive attitude and was so kind through the whole experience

Scheduled through Home Depot. They missed the original date due to truck problems but didn’t call with any information. Install went smooth though.

This company is top notch! It is the second time I have used David. The first time was a major water line relocate in our kitchen. The second time was for a toilet repair. They are quick to respond, arrive on time, professional, trustworthy and efficient. Their prices are certainly fair. I will continue to keep their business card and call them when needed.
