Our garbage disposal stopped working so my husband reached out to Oakley Plumbing to have it fixed. The owner Keith, was able to come out the very next morning. He was able to replace the disposal and he went out of his way to fix previous plumbing work that was installed incorrectly. Just want to say our visit for unclogging a pipe was one of the best service experiences ever! The employees were extremely polite and personable and cared so much about the work they were doing. Had issues with machinery not working and were open and honest about the issues and stopped our billing time so they could go exchange it and came back to finish up. Just all around nice guys who did a great job. Will be using them again if we encounter any plumbing issues!

Affordable Plumbing was very responsive to a plumbing issue in my basement. They quickly fixed the issue, cleaned up the area, and couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend!

I had a bubbling toilet when I took a shower and called Terry Vereen who sent out two very young-looking men to fix the stoppage. They located the drain pipe in the back yard, ran 10-12 feet of line from the pipe opening by the house toward the septic tank. They flushed the toilet (which had always flushed), and pronounced the drain clear. I had to leave town the next day and was gone for a week in California. The second or third day I was back, the bubbling began again. It was on the weekend, so I had to wait until the work week to call them. It was Wednesday before I called. They said no warranty on stoppages, but I explained no one had even been in the house to use water, and it was clear the stoppage had not been fixed when they were here. They wouldn't budge. I called Darley Plumbing who came out and worked more than an hour removing large amounts of grease from the line from the kitchen drain. $118, but definitely worth it. I will not be calling Vereen again.

Michael, from Fenwick, came out to repair but ended up having to replace my garbage disposal. In addition to excellent service I received somewhat of an education about plumbing and maintenance for my home. Michael may be one of the most knowledgeable repairmen I have ever met. His years of experience and his desire to keep learning the new aspects of his profession make him an excellent representative of Fenwick.

I had a slow drain problem throughout my house and was told by other plumbers it was a drain clog due to new construction in my master bath. I called Duck Duck and they sent Mike out. He was great, so knowledgeable. He walked me through every step he was taking. He was tenacious in pursuing the cause of my issue and figured out it was my sump pump, not a drain clog. To repair the sump pump they sent out Josh and Sam. Again, great guys that knew their stuff! Will use this company from now on and recommend to all my friends!!!

Matt and Aaron did an amazing job on our condo re-pipe. They were always on time, very accommodating and professional, and they took the time to answer all our questions. I called them in the morning and left a message but they didn't bother to call back. So I don't understand how they offer 24 hour emergency service if they don't answer the phone or return calls. Oh well.
