Harry Hayes plumbing was hired by my general contractor during a bathroom remodel. They did not set my bathtub in any kind of base, such as mortar, leaving the bathtub poorly supported and creaky to this day. They also set my toilet flange too high (5/8 above my finished floor) and not bolted down, resulting in some leakage and wood rot, which I discovered when I replaced the toilet. No one is perfect, but they definitely made some mistakes on my job.

Condescending customer service by both Holly and Kyle. Absolutely unacceptable. No quote for the job before coming to the house, apparently new plumber told us, incorrectly, the quote was $300, and drywall repair (after he cut a huge hole) was included in the price. We told him to go ahead and do the job. He finished early and charged $267, and before leaving, said a drywall specialist would come by later today and fix what he had to tear out - that he would coordinate that. No such person came, and when we called back, Kyle's snarky comments after telling us it would cost $150 an hour plus material for the drywall repair were well, what did you think? it would be just free?.... no, not free, included in the price like we were told..?just wow.. absolute robbery and unprofessionalism from start to finish.

TOOK yesterday off and waited all day and no one called or showed up.

Junior tech came out and busted a pipe in the wall between my shower and living room while servicing a faucet diverter. Now I have to demolish part of a newly tiled bathroom wall or our entertainment center wall.Supervisor refused to take responsibility. Supervisor took my name and number and then went home for the day without calling me back.I have to go with another company to fix the damages directly caused by Roto-Rooter. Avoid at all costs!

DWV Plumbing is awesome! I noticed my shower leaking last night. Rushed to find a plumber. Called them this morning and they thankfully were able to come out in just a couple of hours. They were fast and professional! Luckily it was just the shower arm. They had the part with them and replaced it quickly. Will use them again for any plumbing needs! Gavin did a great job installing a tankless water heat, water softener and R/O system. Install was very clean and competitively priced. He also came out for another small plumbing job to replace my outdoor hose bibs. Very pleased with response on both small job and big jobs. Highly recommend!
