We had a water leak coming through our ceiling and the company was very prompt arriving. The work done was very neat and efficient and our problem was corrected quickly. The price was reasonable and i would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

My water heater sprang a leak. Being on the second floor, the sense of emergency was even greater (even though it does have a drip pan).I called Vereen on the recommendation of another plumber (he was too busy to help). The lady at Vereen said they would have someone out in a few hours.The tech (Shaun) showed up right as promised. He was very professional, courteous and obviously quite skilled. He left zero mess and his piping was artwork.Best of all they were able to quote a standard price for this particular task which covered pretty much everything. And the price was extremely reasonable.I will have no problem calling Vereen for future plumbing events.

From my first phone message to the office until the completion of the project the entire experience was handled very courteously, efficiently, and professionally.Brydon arrived almost @ 12:15. We were scheduled in the 12-5 PM range.He immediately evaluated the situation, explained options, proceeded to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet assembly. He sent me a picture of the system before he purchased it to be sure it was what we wanted. He returned from HD in less than an hour. He replaced the faucet and our ballroom was functional in barely 2 hours from start to finish, including the trip to HD for the system by Moen that I requested.While completing the installation he discovered a dysfunctional water valve and subsequently repaired this also.Brydon provided stellar service. I would highly recommend and request him again for other plumbing situations.Additionally, I requested no doorbell ringing or knocking. My request was honored and we were notified by phone when Brydon arrived.I truly believe this was the best service experience I have had in quite a long a longtime.

I own a commercial building and our tenet reported a toilet leaking I called A-1 and they fixed it right away. I am happy and my tenet is happy with A-1 plumbing.

This is the only plumbing company we use for the large commercial business park! Been using them for years!

JEA was recently repairing sewer lines in my street and contracted Eagerton to inspect my sewer line from my home to the street. JEA had inspected and videoed the line before. Eagerton stated they were hired to redo. I don't know why because I was told by JEA there was NO problem and line was clean. Eagerton used heavy duty equipment to run thru my sewer line and damaged it in the process. When I discovered the problem I contacted JEA and was referred to Eagerton. Tommy the Vice President was very rude and repairs were only made when Mr Danny Eagerton initiated the repairs. Tommy refuses to give any documentation or warranty. Most likely because they charged JEA for the repair. FRAUD???Do not deal with this company!!! Call TURNER plumbing instead!!!

They replaced my tub and shower fixtures. Brydon and Sam were very professional. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the final cost. I highly recommend Betros Plumbing for all of you Plumbing jobs. I spoke to 4 Plumbing companies prior to talking to them. They are the best in pricing.

Kingdom Based Plumbing was fantastic, they showed up within about 30 minutes of our call on a Saturday afternoon, I showed them where the water was coming from, they found a tree root that was causing problem and replaced the section that was cracked and stressed from the root, plus removed the section of root to prevent this from happening again. The quote was very reasonable, the guys were professional, and we will be using them again if the need occurs.We had initially called another plumbing service (large company with advertisements everywhere), received an answering service waited 20 minutes and still no call back, then we called Kingdom, Kingdom was already here working before we finally heard back from the other company.

This family owned business has a work crew with many years of experience and it shows in their work. From the initial visit and quote to the competition of the remodel of our bathroom we were very pleased. The craftsmen that installed the tile shower were the most polite and courteous crew we have ever dealt with. They placed cloths on the walkways they used to make sure and not damage any floors in the house and kept all the construction debris contained. They kept us involved in the process explaining each step and giving us options to make sure we were happy with the result.The finished bathroom looks great and is functional. The shower door and fixtures are top quality. We would certainly use this company again for any future remodels.

If this is Christian Brothers Heating and Air, DBA Christian Brothers Construction Group, and you are considering them for air duct work. Don't.I am in the middle of renovating my house and have had dealt with many contractors - from foundation, to plumbing, to AC, to wood floor restoration, chimney work, landscapers, you name it - and this was by far my worst experience from start to finish.Hoping they will write me back to remedy the workmanship.

Teach whoever was servicing the apartments on touchton how to drive. Almost caused a three car pileup pulling out in front of vehicles. After being honked at they proceed to stop in oncoming traffic I guess to cause a bigger issue.

This company came in to fix the water heater in one of the restrooms in the home supposedly. Mind you there was absolutely nothing wrong with my second bathroom. After this company left my toilet it the bathroom with the water pressure issue started spraying water everywhere and over flowing, the water will not drain out of the shower. Not to mention they gutted out the tile wall and duck tape it. They also cut panels of my wall in the living room leaving holes for animals and insects to enter my home. Also in the one bathroom that didnt have a problem now the pressure not working at all . Me and my kids have been unable to take showers or baths in or home due to backed up sewage . The company keep giving me the run around about fixing the issue after being paid over 4 grand to completely demolish the bathrooms . Horrible service

Crew showed up with damaged water heater. Water heater was from Home Depot. No inspection was done before they unboxed it I guess. Crew did not have a long enough hose to drain the old tank. Unacceptable! Damage to interior garage wall was done on removal of old unit. Plaster patch job was done hastily and no discount was offered. Unacceptable! Everything else was satisfactory so far but I will not use this company again.
