Best Commercial Plumbing Project in Jacksonville FL

I was quoted replacement of fill and flash valve. Final bill was way more: uninstall toilet to replace valves! New supply line? Was all this necessary? I have another Duravit toilet and it has a normal flash valve costing less than $30 at Home depot. If informed properly, I could have replaced that toilet for less than the invoiced parts and labor. I would appreciate a feed back, this is just not right... I mentioned it was a RENTAL property!

They made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up after themselves. Just a wonderful service overall. Dillon was very professional and competent with the sewer repair and the new dishwasher installation. After discovering the problem with the sewer line, the repair was originally scheduled for 17 days out but the Shannon at the office promised to put us first if a cancellation came up. She was able to mover us up on the schedule 12 days as it turned out. We were also promised no-call out charge if the sewer replugged during our wait (it was not required with the expedited schedule). Could not be happier with Dillon, Shannon and Bert norman Plumbing

Great company with excellent knowledge of septic systems. They replaced our drain field last year (excellent work and price) and just recently we had another issue, this time from the intake. They came out and assessed and walked us through how to fix it OURSELVES. No charge for the visit. After more digging it was still out of our scope of DIY, so he came back out and did the repair. A good honest company. We don't bother calling any else.

I had the unfortunate experience of being completely run off the road by one of their drivers. I had to swerve and hit a curb to avoid crashing into him. The driver definitely knew what he did. He did not bother stopping to see if I was ok. Also, I would like to add, the U-turn he did was illegal.My car ended up with a flat tire,bent and a bent control arm it was a lot of money to fix! The company will not help me because I did not file a police report. I should have called the police. Any company that allows their drivers to drive recklessly is not a company I would allow in my home. There are many plumbing companies to choose from. I would not allow this company in my home.The experience I had with this driver was unacceptable. If I was management at this company I certainly would have done more then what they did. Which was nothing.

absolutely fantastic experience. I called Tuesday after the original company who we'd contracted with backed out because he forgot he was double booked. ugh. I needed a pavilion roof lifted up and installed on or before Saturday. they were able to schedule me for Friday afternoon. They called to confirm the time the day before. the men who arrived (on time) were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and really knew what they were were doing. they were very nice also. price was very reasonable also. we will definitely call them again. I'm very happy with this service and this company.
