I had to replace a water heater under warranty. They quickly analyzed my tank's problem and agreed that it was covered. The replacement was done in a reasonable time and with a reasonable charge for labor, since the 1-year labor warranty had expired. They cleaned up well. Chris and his helper Mike were courteous and professional and answered all my questions...and I had a lot of questions. Top notch service from David Gray, Chris, and Mike.

I would be a new customer. I called the office today and the lady who I spoke to was not very nice. She said what do you need and I told her. Just to run the camera scope down my main sewer line would be $400 for two hours. The line from my house to the street is not very long. No budging from that price. Then I said what if I called and said I have a partial blockage and need someone to come and see what it is and run the machine in the pipe. That would be $150 just to come out and $25 for the machine for one hour. The price is not the problem. I've learned to listen to my gut and my feeling is this would be a mistake to use this company. Not sure who I spoke with but she needs to be fired. Here I am a potential new customer and I'm already mad and aggravated.

I had the good fortune to have Jerry at Everybidys Plumbing recommended to me several years ago. I have had plumbing issues and have called him to replace everything from faucets to garbage disposals. Jerry always answers promptly and has always been able to respond right away when we need him. I realize this might not always be the case depending on where he is or if he’s involved in another project, but he can always tell you when he can arrive.I have found the service call and repair charges to be very reasonable...more so than I experienced with others in the past before he was recommended to me. There is never anything messy or dirty when he leaves. He is pleasant to work with, takes time to explain what caused your problem and how to prevent the same problem in the future.He IS my plumber. I highly recommend Everybody’s Plumbing. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

I called the company who I had never used before. The young man that came out to my home was professional and yet personable. I showed him the issue and he replaced the part immediately. He was in and out and never made a mess of any kind. In fact, I will be using them for all future plumbing needs. What a nice surprise to have the job down efficiently and with no mishaps.

We had a pipe burst last night. We were the second call for the next day. David was professional and so knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and quickly. We also realized we needed a new water tank. That was replace and installed in the same manner. We will be using this company from now on
