I called Kwik Fix plumbing on a heavy rain day because of my property's backyard water issues. The Customer Service picked up the call, she was quite not sure and didn't understand the issue I described, she passed my call to the technician - Mr. George Fenwick for assisting me, I sent him videos and he was the very fast response and did professional work. He came onsite on the same day and in an hour for the inspection.He is so professional and honest and took the time to explain there was nothing wrong with the pipes or the Plumbing and how it should be fixed the problem, it is a drainage issue that needs landscaping work instead of plumbing. Moreover, he volunteered to help us to dig the hole all the way from the backyard to the front to let the water out, it was heavy rains, he went above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a solution outcome. I am a Realtor and I was working on a very difficult contract. The property needed a full re-pipe done in time for our closing in six days. If I couldn’t find a plumber to do the re-pipe w/in a reasonable time snd with good quality, the contract was finished and my buyer would lose the house and her binder deposit.Justin the Plumber came highly recommended and saved the day. They were able to expedite our job to the top of their list and finish it in two days. They were EXTREMELY professional. The best! I made a mess with my DIY install of bathroom faucet to the point of causing a broken hot water pipe and and unknown cold water leak that was more of a flood than a leak. There was no judgement just quick repairs of all issues which was obvious in the plumbers knowledge of how to handle the problems. He was thorough in testing his work. He cleaned up after himself. I appreciate their office acknowledging the predicament i was in and worked me in as early as they did. Affordably priced. I highly recommend them!

Horrible!! I was very ill hospitalized for 5 days, finally home. We made an appointment for them to fix something. Out of the blue I had to go back to Mayo. Since we didn’t cancel they are charging us $75.00!! Shame!!! For this company! He (owner) could care less over the situation all he cared about was $75.00!! This company (owner) had no sympathy. I did talk to an employee and he was very considerate and understanding to reschedule and absolutely understood. But not according to the owner he didn’t care. He wants $75.00. Scrooge
