When the shut off valve under my sink broke off in the wall. We called several plumbers and no one could come same day except Everybody's Plumbing. They arrived within an hour, had the pipe fixed quickly, and the price was less than expected. Thank you!

They came out to give me a price for re-doing my shower. The guy looks the job over and says it will be $3000. We talked a bit and then, on his way out he says: I'll get a written quote to you for $3500. Price went up $500 in 5 minutes. Then to top it off, even after bugging him twice via text, I never received a written quote. Pitiful.

Chris is the absolute best.So far, he has installed a garbage disposal for us and fixed a leak in our guest bathroom. As someone who is not exactly handy in ANY way, it’s nice to know that I won’t be ripped off just because I don’t know what I’m talking about. Chris is honest, professional, keeps an open line of communication, has super fair prices, and gets the job done well.I will never call any other plumber!

We had our septic tank backup. Marc spent a lot time getting access to the tank. Huge tree roots had grown over the lid and needed to be cut. Once he was able to pump the tank he explained the issue removed a clog in the pipe and charged what they quoted on the phone. I would recommend them!

Professional and Good Customer Service.

We have had work done by Lettow Plumbing & Restoration at both ours and our daughters house. They are quick to respond, communicate well, and have excellent customer service. The guys who have come out, Chris, Baxter, John, Jessie, and Paul, and Anna on the phone, have all been polite, courteous, and professional. From a small job of hooking up a drain, to replumbing our entire house, we have been pleased with the response, speed, and quality of work.

Drew responded to my text almost immediately. He sent Chris to fix my water softener. Chris researched my particular softener prior to arrival and got to work to address the problem. He was great - very pleasant and he patiently answered all my questions (I have never had a water softener before). He made sure he addressed everything on my list, he cleaned up after himself and the charges were reasonable! I have found my new plumbing company!.

After a big name plumber refused to give me an estimate for a toilet replacement, I looked up a local plumber. He gave multiple scenarios and cost ideas. Arrived 10 minutes early, knocked the job out quickly, and over-delivered on his estimate. Absolutely amazing experience!
