I had Hope Plumbing out to replace our old kitchen sink and faucet with a brand new set. The installer, Matt, was courteous and explained everything up front so there were no surprises later. Matt did a great job and cleaned up before he left. Very professional! Definitely would use them again in the future.

Our Water Meter was stolen from our yard in front of our house that is being rebuilt after a fire, so we had water gushing everywhere in our yard and into the street. Jason M, came out to meet with me to analyze the problem and make an estimate to fix the water pit, bring it up to code and replace the meter. At the scheduled time, Travis and another plumber came to the house and dug a new pit, replaced or fixed the damaged pipes and added dirt to hopefully get the ground smooth around the new pit. Everyone was VERY friendly and professional. I had reason to call their office a number of times due to the odd situation and everyone there (especially Pepper) was great to talk with. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone! Very Happy! Thank you!!!

Clean out put in and partial sewer replacement. Company had best estimate out of three. They came out straight away and explained everything in a way I could understand and answered my questions in a way I could understand without being condescending. Technicians were professional.They worked in the time frame allotted and company office communicated when they had to push back due to weather/rain. I had to have them back out for a small leak from a pipe not tightened enough and they were out the next day. Work seems like it was done right.I would hire again. We're very thankful that Roto-Rooter could come first thing on a Sunday morning when we had sump pump problems on Saturday night. The clog was discovered, but had probably been there a long time, so the sump pump motor was friend and the system had to be replaced. Roto Rooter took care of all our sump pump issues thoroughly and professionally.

I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.

The guys were great! I called them on a Thursday and they were able to pick-up and install an 80-gallon water heater for us the next day. They are extremely polite and conscientious. They moved efficiently and did outstanding work. They took care with our home and the site was immaculate when they finished. Definitely recommend!
