Leon has always been very professional and does an exceptional job. We have an older home and have been working on getting most of the galvanized pipes changed out. Leon does his work in an effective and efficient manner and I would recommend him as well as Hope Plumbing.

You know, they are not the cheapest plumbers. But they are the best. They show up on time, they are kind and thorough and informative, and they follow through on their excellent work. I would not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Larry gave us our estimate; Joe and ??Brandon (I can’t remember - I’m sorry) did the work installing a tankless water heater. They did a fantastic job. Very happy to have them as our plumbers.

L.D. Smith was extremely responsive and proactive in communication, and was able to come on site quickly to diagnose and fix the water leak.

The technician Dominic was awesome. Took time to listen to my issues, answered my numerous questions without attitude or rushing me. Cleaned area after job completed. The company kept jn contact with until the technician arrived. Great job, great company.

Mark and co. came out and replaced my water heater a couple of months ago, and did a great job! In and out in a day, reasonable price, didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I'm only sorry it took me so long to get around to writing this review! Definitely pick these folks for your plumbing needs!

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF - CALL MR. ROOTER. $325 to install a $18 outdoor spigot. This just screws into a pipe in a huge crawl space 1 ft off the basement. I just had better things to be doing (i thought.)
I paid him his $89.00 I had to sign for before he even looked at anything and told him to GET OUT! He snapped a picture on his phone and sent it to his supervisor. Can't believe this is what passes for a plumber these days. An hour later I had it fixed for 17.50 + tax.

Our service technician was very polite and knowledgeable. We had a very tough drain to unclog, and he did not give up. He not only fixed it, but told us the most cost-effective way to prevent it from getting clogged in the future.

Tim with the Plumb Doctor replaced our gas water heater that went out. He and his coworker was very nice and easy to work with. They did a good job of installing the unit and kept us well informed throughout the process. Thank you!!!

Called them at 8am to have my septic tank pumped, lady said someone would be out that day, by 4pm I had not heard from or seen anyone so I called back, they said they would have a service dispatcher give me a call. Someone named Rick called and advised me that they were slow today and sent the guys home but to call at 7:30am and someone would be out the next day for sure, called at 7:30 and the lady tells me they are booked for the day. Then while complaining about that with my neighbor she informs me she used them once and they didn't even pump out the tank, only pretended too! Horrible customer service and shady business deals!

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/
