Best Plumbing Fixture Installation in Indianapolis IN

I received my estimate from them on 7/29/22 and agreed they would be completing the hookup to city water from well water in our home. Come September the work had still not been started. They dug a hole for my meter pit on September 6th,22. 3 weeks later they come back to finish the job with a completely different scope of work. The crew that came to finish the work broke my sewer line leading from my kitchen to my septic, they repaired it. However now I have issues with my kitchen drain. They left my yard an uneven mess, and informed my that the final grading was up to me after I paid them over $9,000.00. They also left a patch of road that still needs to be repaired 3 months after the work was complete. I have made multiple attempts to get in touch with only to just be able to make contact with management today and be told they thought the patch was done. Please do not waste your time or money. Find a plumber who actually cares about their reputation and customer, because they sure don'tUpdate it is now almost 11 months since my city water was connected. The work is still NOT finished and not one member of management will return my calls.

David did a great job! Very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnosis and fix the problem. Was only charged a service fee because if such a quick fix. David and Benjamin Franklin plumbing are awesome!

Khuma came to my house on a Sunday and was able to find and fix the problem promptly and efficiently. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the stopped up drain and how to fix the problem. He put a cover on the wheels of the machine he had to bring in my house to clear the stopped up drain. In addition he placed a tarp down to keep the mess off my floor. I couldn't afford the price that was quoted to me and the service tech was able to get the price down to get my problem fixed promptly. I would hire this guy again to fix any plumbing issues I had.

Rodolfo arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem. He fixed it efficiently and was conscientious of any mess. It was a great experience.

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Our building is challenging as it is big but they figured things out- got to work and at the end of the day- cleaned up! Thanks guys!

After the first visit, Bruce, came with the unit I needed to repair the leaking outside faucet after reviewing the problem on the first visit. He was methodical, quiet, timely and worked in an organized manner. Our water heater cracked open and Steg replaced it. The work was done quickly and they were honest about costs and options for replacement. They let me know when they were on their way with a text message and email with the workers picture and bio! Great work and great communication. I highly recommend them.

We have been a customer of Godby for probably over 10 years. We are on their Club Godby. I'll say they have very good service however, I called to have them look at a couple of things. There is a $99 service call which is fine. We needed a frost free outside spigot repaired and Gary the technician (who has been here before and is a nice guy) gave me the estimate to replace one outside faucet (spigot) and I was shocked. I expected it to be over $200.? but it was over $400. Labor is over $200 per hour. I told Gary to forget it and paid the $99 call fee. We will be looking for another HVAC and plumbing company. BTW, the 3 stars were for their service. If I had to give a star rating on pricing, it would be a one.

Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.

Essie and his helper Gavin provided exceptional service. They repaired/ installed heating duct work in my crawl space in the basement. They were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Essie answered the questions I had and suggested a fix for a chimney issue service that I may need in the near future. If I decide to have this service the sale will be due to the knowledge provided by Essie. Thank you Essie and Gavin for going above and beyond my expectations.I had a new furnace/AC unit installed in December 2021 and the follow up email was great!I also love how this company text you a picture of the person that will be providing the service before they arrive at your house.

Replaced pressure reducer valve and pressure gauge. Plumber provided excellent service. However, 2 things to note. Two appointments required as part not on truck first time. Cost estimate revised upwards on second appointment.

I was having a problem with some of the air vents in the upstairs of my house. I initially called another company to come out and take a look and their technician looked around, tried to convince me that there was nothing he could do, then charged me $90 for doing absolutely nothing and left.

Then, after filling out a form on HomeAdvisor, their sales rep Taylor called me and patiently listened to me rant about my situation. She was so kind and understanding and really made me feel like she wanted to help me fix my problem.She told me that they could come out for free to take a look at what was going on and if no repairs were done, that I would not get charged. She sent out one of her service technicians, Aaron K, who happened to just be finishing up a job around the area. Aaron arrived in less than an hour and the first thing he did was investigate exactly what was going on. I could tell he was determined to solve the problem and in less than an hour, he discovered the problem, explained to me what was happening, and fixed my problem. Seeing Aaron work was an absolute delight because I could tell he wanted to solve my problem and he did everything in his power to do so. He even crawled through my spider web-infested crawl space and got dirt all over his clothes to help me reconnect my vent, all during a late Saturday evening when he was really supposed to be going home for the weekend. I am so grateful for Aaron and Taylor's work and I will be calling 24-7 back for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. I can't recommend them enough!

Small things but for what i paid I expected no mess at all. Piece of tubing left in my yard and tag. Water left on my floor too. Be sure you look at everything before they leave.EDIT...... Well if you use this company they have NO EMERGENCY SERVICES AT NIGHT even if they put in and get paid. There's a raw wire and the pan has water in it that my water heater sits in. BUT I can't get a Plummer until 8-10 a m in the morning. Now I can turn off my water heater was the suggestion I get from my phone call to them. I paid over 4,000 dollars and not happy with this. I will never use this company or suggest this company to anyone ever. MY SUGGESTION TO YOU IS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for services. I was told by the salesperson that We are expensive but we're worth it. What a joke.
