gave me a quote of 1300 for a leaky water line and said it was cracked. it was a coupler that had gone bad. 5 min job and 10 dollar part job. over priced to charge anyone.

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

Being a new homeowner and new to dealing with home problems, I had contacted many different companies about an issue I was having before reaching the Acme Plumbing Co. The receptionist was courteous, I had a serviceman out the next day, and everything was back in working order within just a couple of hours of his arrival. The serviceman was very knowledgable and friendly as he was willing to answer all of my questions; he even gave me some helpful tips to help prevent any future disasters. I'm very happy I went with ACME and will recommend them to everyone I know in need of a good plumber.

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

The technicians were knowledgeable and neat, very respectful of our home, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
