Kurt did a fantastic job. We have used Hope plumbing on two different houses, and each time they went above and beyond. Our plumber was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He took time to explain what he was doing and the rationale behind each step, while working efficiently and professionally. We will definitely use this company again!

Will charge you $350 to test your gas line for leaks and give a big spiel about how they don't trust what the gas company says about where leaks are, except they'll blame the gas company for not telling them there were more leaks when they missed some, and thus *have* to charge you a second time for repairs that should have been caught the first time.

I had a new water heater put in and 6 months later had them repair an outside faucet. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with.

I called for an estimate to replace a sewage pump and was advised someone would have to come out to provide a quote. Someone was supposed to arrive between 12-4, calling 30 minutes in advance. At 6:30 I receive a call from a rude man who said it would be $400 more than another quote I received and only a 30 day warranty vs. 3 years at the competitor. He asked if I wanted someone to come out and I said no thank you as they didn’t show for the earlier appointment and I was proceeding to say they were overpriced when he just hung up. They won’t be considered for any of my future business.

Met the owner today, I did a preventative maintenance on his rooftop unit. All I can say is if you want a straight shooter who cuts out all the b.s. this is the place for you. Trustworthy looks you in the eye when he speaks to you. Could'nt ask for more outta someone honestly.

I have used Hamm & Sons a few times. The service has always been great and the prices have been reasonable. It is very scary when you need plumbing work done. It is usually an emergency. I will continue to use Hamm & Sons.

All of my experiences with Plumb on have been very positive. This visit Tyler replaced one of my outside spigots that was leaking inside my basement. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and got to work. He was able to correct the angle of the piping that lead to the demise of the old spicot and installed a new shut off valve and spicot.

I’ve had Mr. Quik stop by twice, once for a garbage disposal installation, and the second for a furnace check up.Both employees that came out were incredibly personable and professional.Especially Bradley Rowe who came in to do the furnace check up. He walked me through all the small steps he was doing and what he was looking for at each step. I received a free HVAC assessment because I used Howald to do some plumbing work (whole house filter and water softener installation, concrete sink removal, and a couple other projects to update up my basement plumbing). Greg arrived on time, performed the HVAC checkup thoroughly and efficiently, provided me with reasonable recommendations without pressuring me (I need a new AC unit, but he said, and I knew, that expense could wait until the spring), and was all around friendly and professional. I would definitely use Howald again for my HVAC and plumbing needs.
